Units heading your way next week!

Hello everyone. We apologize for the delay in getting this update out for you. Our team hit a bit of a slowdown over the last couple weeks due to our need to scale our staff, resulting in a backlog of nearly completed units sitting on the production line. As such, we were not able to hit our goal of getting Production Batch 1 out of the door this last week. For that we apologize. Your support has meant so much to us over this last 8 months and your patience is endlessly appreciated. Please see the note below about the new additions to the team to help us get your Discov3ry to you faster. We have just about caught up with production of that particular part and are planning to ship the majority of Batch 1 next week.

Kickstarter Fulfillment

  • Production Batch #1 Backers - Estimated ship date May 2015.
  • Production Batch #2 and #3 Backers - Estimated delivery for May 2015 and onwards.
  • Backer T-shirts - All of the T-shirt backers who have completed their survey have shipped. Newly completed surveys shipped once per week. More shirts are available on our website.

We would like to welcome three hardcore, hardware developers to our growing team: Malcolm and Chaitanya are coming to us from the esteemed University of Waterloo Engineering faculty while Johannes has traveled all the way from University of Erlangen-Nuremberg (Germany) as part of a work-abroad experience.

Happy to have these guys on board!
