☕️ Update 13: FREE Pickup at 🇩🇪 Essen Spiel 2019!

Posted by Dan & Connie Kazmaier (Creator)

It's true, we're going to 🇩🇪 Essen Spiel 2019!

Attending the world's largest annual 🎲 board game convention has always been a dream of ours, especially with Daniel's parents coming from Neustadt an der Weinstraße—a little town near Mannheim. They'll be coming too, and are both tea characters in the game! Put 24.10 - 27.10.2019 in your calendars, European ☕️ communi-tea!

😃 Most importantly, this means that those attending Essen will have a FREE shipping option if they'd like to pickup their copies from our booth directly!

If you've messaged us about a group pledge the discounts still apply, and you can pick up your copy individually if preferred.

And well done on blowing past those stretch goals! ❤️ One of our talented artists (Sahana) is working on the "Mystery Customers" that you've unlocked, and we're pleased to report that the "5 Movements for 5 Teas" piano composition is well underway 😊.

In fact, you can press here to replay our LIVE 🎹 piano preview and tea discussion with the ever-talented Ferdinand Capitulo! Not only did he do a tea-rrific job on our Kickstarter video and GIFs, he's an accomplished musician who is composing the following piano movements in the world of ☕️ Chai:

  • Ginger Black
  • Lemon Green
  • Jasmine White
  • Lavender Rooibos
  • Berry Oolong

Can't you just hear the melodies of these flavours? 😊 We loved the tea-ser Ferdinand provided of "Jasmine White" in the LIVE 🎹 video, and hope you do too.

Have a wonderful day, friends!

p.s. Oh! If you haven't already, could you give ☕️ Chai a ❤️ on BGG, and a rating if you're a playtester? Thanks fam!

Hi @Brian! Thanks so much - I was at PAX personally this year and loved it!😃 We're not sure if it's in the 2019 calendar but we'll see. Just depends on Connie's teaching schedule, and we may deliver much earlier than anticipated as the game is 90% ready for manufacturing. -Dan

Very cool. By some chance would you guys be at PAX Unplugged next year and be able to offer free pickup there as well? The convention is usually at the end of November.
