We would like to offer a special thanks to our many sponsors! Casual Game Insider has been made possible by the following great companies, and more. With so many incredible companies involved, we must be doing something right. Thank you!
Casual Game Insider (also known as CGI) is a quarterly magazine that serves as the world's premier guide to casual tabletop gaming. We have produced 16 eye-catching issues so far.
"Casual Games" are the main focus of our magazine — including the games themselves and the people, industry, and community surrounding them. In general, we consider casual games to have these characteristics:
- Played in under an hour
- Set up and taught in under 10 minutes
- Require some light strategic thought
- Not specifically marketed to children, but can be enjoyed by anyone from older children to adults
Each magazine issue is 52 pages in length (including covers). A typical magazine issue has approximately 10,000 words, which amounts to a cover story, 6 game reviews, and 5 additional articles of about 1,500 words each.
