Have a question?
The insoles are comfortable but after 2 months (3 rugby trainings per week) are completely destroyed
Hello, these look great, but I am a but confused as to where my 2nd pair of Insoles we were all promised wound up. The first generation was ok at best, and we were all promised a 2nd pair for free. Now you are asking for more money and you haven't even filled your first promise. Please ship my free, promised 2nd pair to: Brian McFarland, 945 West End Avenue, 7A, NYC 10025. I've been trying to promote this product for you, but abandoned offering any more support when you all didn't follow through on your promise of a 2nd, better pair. Please ship that and perhaps a pair of these socks as an apology for not making good on what you said you would do. Thank you, Brian
@Nathan - Please shoot us an email so that we can address some of these issues that you have had. We are constantly working to improve our gear and we take your feedback very seriously! Reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I've got to say, I haven't been that impressed either, with blisters and the quality/fit of the heel strap. Shipping was more expensive than seemed reasonable and while I appreciate that it's meant to be a lightweight and innovative material, it still feels quite........ cheap? I have a spare pair now that I don't know what to do with.
@Jaxx Sorry that you have had some issues with the insoles, but glad that you are generally liking them! Please shoot us an email to email@example.com so that we can help you out with any problem you might have!
I bought a small and a medium because I was on the cusp. The small works better for me. The Achilles strap on the medium are very loose so dont help for my size. Was surprised how much variance there was. The small fit well after being trimed.
The Achilles strap cause thebstart ofbsime blisters due to the stitching. Could be adjusted I think in a next revision.
Sadly the achilles strap has become very flimsy and doesn't stay up in my shoes any longer.
They are a great start to a great product. Wish I had gotten both in small though.
@ Jamie - You should have received your insoles by now. Please shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can sort this out. Were you able to complete the survey?
Should I have received mine? Nothing in post?
I have been using one of the two pairs I bought for roughly 7 hours total, and both of the insoles have started to fall apart at the achilles piece. I have been using them in a pair of adidas ace 17.1 and the feeling is great, but its annoying that they have started to fall apart after only a couple of games. Is there anyone else who have experienced the same issue?
Been doing my 10km runs for the past 2 weeks in these, my time has dropped by 4 minutes these insoles are my new secret weapon :)
Received my 2 pairs and used them on my badminton shoes. Insoles were exceptional, but when I pushed a little harder the heel piece caused me blisters! Probably because in badminton there are a lot of stopping, jumping and quick change in directions. Cut them out and it's perfect now.
@everyone: if you have any feedback, questions or concerns, please email us directly at email@example.com OR live chat us on www.storelli.com. We are super responsive and want to hear from you!
@Matthew Chau @Jaxon Victoria Sorry to hear, and frankly very surprised. We will email you directly to discuss and find a solution. Stay tuned!
I actually had the same issue as you. I put it in my Basara 101 and the feeling is not quite right. I need to cut the heel piece as well as my heel is sliding around. I ordered two pairs and don't know what to do with the other one.
I got my pair, put them in my Mizuno Basara 101 MIJ, and immediately tried it out for a 2-hour session on the field. I wasn't that impressed with the SpeedGrip insoles and I even had to cut the entire achilles heel piece and now it looks like a regular pair of insoles. I did that so it could actually fit in my favorite cleats (Nike Magista Opus II, Mizuno Morelia II, Mizuno Basara 101 MIJ, Nike Tiempo Legend VI). For me it isn't much of an upgrade but kudos to Storelli for trying to change the game.
Dang it. Wish I would have ordered 2 more
got mine today, but im kinda scared to trim them haha
Got mine yesterday. Time to put it to the test! Thanks Storelli team!
Received mine today in the UK. Haven't had time to trim them for my shoes yet, but they look great.

Hi all! Shipping has begun! I received an email with the tracking number. Cheers
Would be great to get an update on the shipping!
Any updates yet? My spring season is nearly over and I was hoping to show these off to my teammates
Any updates? It June 9 and still no word on what shipping or manufacturing schedule you are on.
I keep going to fill out the survey but it won't let me because it says I owe $1 but I'm not sure why, can you please let me know why, if it's not an error then I'll pay it.
Any updates on shipping? may 2017 is pretty much finished. would love to be able to get some british summer use out of them.
Would u be doing a arch support for the flat footed ?
@Dominick that's a great idea, we may eventually do it!
Would they be customizable with regards to color or initials and print in the future?
Anyone in Sydney (Australia) want to combine pledges and save on shipping/get a discount? Or add-on to my pledge to help bring down costs? :) let me know.
@xavier thank you! :)
Ok thanks. Obviously I'll try them on for training! I also play rugby as a winger. I think it'll be more appropriate for this kind of effort ;) Can't wait to receive the insoles
@xavier bonjour! These insoles have been designed and tested for shorter sprints. The extra traction might be helpful for longer distance runs, however, we have yet to test it for that and it could be too much traction for such a long run. We recommend to try it out on shorter runs first and then to build up over time. In any case, drop us a line and let us know! email@example.com Thank you for your support!
Hi, I plan to run a half marathon. The friction on the foot and heel won't be too painful in the last kms?
@all thanks for your questions! We covered most of them in our last live stream. You can replay it here: https://live.kickstarter.com/storelli-sports/live/the-design-process-behind-the-speedgrip-insoles-by-storelli We plan to do another session in the following days, so please keep them coming! We'll post an update with more details as soon as we confirm the date.
@Dominick socks with silicone grips are a great match for the insoles. We are working to finalize a new performance sock on this direction. We'll keep you posted!
@Alex @Juan Sebastian you may not feel a huge difference when you use them while weight lifting, but they can be beneficial for jumping by stabilizing your feet when you land. The feedback from people who have used them for cross training has been great. As for long distance running, this comes to a personal preference: depending on the distance, wearing them for too long and the same continuous activity can become a bit uncomfortable.
@Angus thanks for the suggestion! We'll make sure to keep the communication smooth :)
@Sean we've intensively tested this, and we can't say the tab restricts movement. If it's a matter of personal preferences, you can always take it out, although we don't recommend it.
Won't the tab at the back rub or restrict movement?
Can I suggest that the team regularly visit this board and respond to questions? Given the small number of posts to date, it would not be particularly onerous to check daily and reply to the latest posts, but weekly responses make me nervous- a number of recent campaigns have done this, and post- funding activity has tended to be worse, leading to very unhappy backers and increasingly busy, hostile boards as backers feel disconnected.
Would this work for long distance (running) ?
Would this work with cross training and lifting?
Would a performance sock, like a Trusock, with silicone grips enhance the friction and stability; or does it really matter?
@Patrick we've tested it with cotton and polyester socks and the insoles work great with both of them, so it really just depends on your personal preference. We are working on a new performance sock that will be a great match for the insole, but that will be another project :)
@Sean thank you! You may not feel a huge difference when you use them while weight lifting, but they can be beneficial for jumping by stabilizing your feet when you land.
@Julio there could be too much friction if you would wear the insole without the sock, so we always recommend to wear socks when wearing the insoles in boots or sneakers. Thank you for your support!
I wanted to know if you have tried them on the shoes but without socks.
These are a great idea! Love the concept. But are they really geared toward sports or can they be used for recreational running as well? I'm an avid weight lifter and HIIT enthusiast. Would these be beneficial in my workouts since my weight lifting do not involve much running and my HIIT training involves more jumping than actual running?
What will be the best type of sock to work with the grip insole? I would imagine cotton socks versus ones with polyester/performance material etc would perform differently and increase/decrease chance of friction/blisters?
@storelli cool , thanks !
@Marcelo you'll be able to choose your size (S, M, L) on the survey after the campaign. Then, you'll be able to trim it down to perfectly match your size. @Angus thanks so much for your help! :)
@Matthew we've carefully reviewed this prior to launching the campaign and unfortunately we couldn't get any lower –given that we want to go for a reliable and trackable solution
