Character design process in The Banner Saga
Hello backers! We've got a few orders of business for you all.
First off, Kickstarter prizes!
We've gotten all the t-shirts, posters and buttons ready to go, and soon we'll be receiving the mailing tubes so we can start shipping next week. As it turns out, mailing 4000 (thousand!) packages is kind of a big endeavor. We'll have a pretty entertaining update in a couple days where we documented the whole process and we'll be showing you how the prizes came out (spoiler: awesome).
Everyone who donated towards the guild crest, thank you for your patience! As noted by the estimated delivery date of November, we are expecting to ask for these near the end of the year. You have not missed the chance to upload them. We will be integrating the banner system into the game after we get the interface hooked up and functional, which is currently in progress.
One last reminder: we're missing about 90 addresses and several sizes for t-shirts. If you pledged for a physical prize or t-shirt and have not done the survey, PLEASE do this asap so we can mail everything in a timely manner. If you have any questions about this, send us a message.
Art blog update!
We've just dropped the first update for our art blog, including lots of art and animation! In this blog Arnie discusses the design process behind character creation and features one of our combat classes, the axeman!
The art blog includes some images and imbedded animation that don't fit in these kickstarter updates. Head on over to our website to check it out (you don't need to have an account, but why not sign up?).

"What is Told" is complete!
The short story and lore updates are all wrapped up! If you haven't seen the conclusion, or you were just waiting to read it all at once, check it out by CLICKING HERE.
See you next time when we lay out exactly how terrifying it is to package and mail 4000 items with only three people!
