Stretch-Goals, New Rewards, Video, Greenlight, Paypal

Dear backers,

thank you so much for your ongoing support and involvement. It is a really humbling and awesome experience to communicate with so many people who are as passionate as we are about Son of Nor.

WooHooo! We just hit the $30k mark! So it is time to reveal our first stretch-goals!
Hitting $170k, you are going to be able to choose between different variations of an elemental spell, called Specializations. So for example with fire magic: choose to have a long range fire spell, or maybe a broad short range fire cone or even a very directed fire burst that deals a lot of damage but is harder to land in return.
You can choose a Specialization for each of the elements, this way you’ll be able to customize your character according to your way of playing and get the most out of it. This basically grants you a total of 3 different fire spells, 3 different wind spells and 3 different essence spells to choose from, which triples the total amount of available spells in the game. In addition we are going to deliver the game in German and Spanish too!
*whisper* The stretch-goal after this one, is going to add a PvP multiplayer mode to Son of Nor...

Rewards Update
We are happy to announce new rewards based on your feedback. The most requested ones were asking for more co-op, so we decided to provide you with exactly those:

In addition we added a $100 reward called the "Shirt-Less Fallen Hero":

Also some of our current rewards will be upgraded: All pledges of $500 and above get a total of 4 copies of the game, to be able to enjoy the ultimate co-op experience!

As there has been a big demand for it (which is really awesome!), from now on, you can also contribute to our campaign via PayPal!

VideoAs we pointed out in our last update we have been featured on Rock, Paper, Shotgun with a incredibly humorous and awesome article. Thus we decided to do a small video in response. We hope you’ll like it!

We just started our project on Steam Greenlight! Please keep in mind that this in no way means that we want to make the game Steam exclusive. We’re still DRM-Free! It is just another way for you guys to get and enjoy the game. Please help us get Greenlit!

Thank you so much

@Moro There will be different playable characters which will be customizable in terms of clothing color. We have some additional ideas regarding character customization for our stretch goals though!

@Nick Thanks for your wishes and support. We are aware of that but don't worry, in case we don't reach the goal we plan on refunding every single one of our Paypal backers. The main reason other projects don't open up Paypal until near funding is because of the time and effort making those refunds would take.

I'm confident you guys will make it but typically campaigns don't support PayPal until they've reached their base funding goal. As I understood it this is because PayPal charges you immediately and should the campaign fail you'll have already taken all the PayPal backers money while the Kickstarter backers would never be charged. I'm curious what you plan to do with the PayPal backers in the unlikely event the project fails to reach it's goal.

Hahaha :D Fun! Voted yes on Greenlight. Forgive me if this question has already been asked/answered, but will you offer much in the way of character customization?
