Today, in my mailbox: a whole world: A Steampunk World!
And no import tax either, yay! ;)
Diana's note was correct; it is now fixed and new files have been reuploaded.
The .mobi file's missing about half the backers' names in the D section. Not sure about the other letters.
Could we have a status update please? I spoke with Pip Ballantine over a month ago, and she said that she had given the final approvals, and the book would be coming out in a week or two.
Super excited about the project and can't wait for my own copy. I'm moving soon though so is there a way for the book to be sent to my new address? Didn't realise my dates were so off from when it would be sent. Thanks
dj grandpa backed and approved.. inclusion can be lots of fun on the crib.. check steven and sarah on the crib.. http://bedrockcommunications.blogspot.com/2013/12/dj-grandpas-crib-engine-of-inclusion.html
Yay! Thanks for providing the details.
The first stretch goal is $8k! We are almost there!
Yes! I was hoping something like this would come along.
I'm excited about the stretch goals and they keep getting mentioned, but when do we find out the dollar amount for each?
What are the specific stretch goals? (i.e. the dollar value)
Are you going to post details about stretch goals?
I'm going to mention that in a FAQ, Danielle. :)
Question...is the collection full? I'm currently writing a Middle Eastern steampunk novel for Dark Quest Books and could easily put together a short story in that universe. (If you want to learn more about my work you can visit www.sidhenadaire.com/books.htm.
I will definitely pass the info along!
The Steampunk Empire Symposium is scheduled for April 25-27 in Blue Ash, Ohio, and it would be AMAZING to have one or two of this anthology's writers participate in a panel discussion on steampunk from a multicultural perspective. *swoons* Panel applications are being accepted right now! http://www.steampunksymposium.com/2013/11/27/application-for-panels-and-workshops/
Talked to Diana about this at DragonCon 2013! Best of luck!
Just want to say that the cover art is so gorgeous. Really looking forward to reading these stories!
