Filled in the Pledge Manager 3 times now and still no email. Am I doing something wrong?
I just clicked on Pledge Manager above and was able to have email recent. I'm all set
So I've sent the resend verification for the pledge manager several times over the past few days... still haven't received an email. Even after checking all folders.
Just want to make sure I have my information correct so I can get what I backed!
Those asking about Jester's face, since they have been radio silent about that and only talked about the other fixes they made on 3 of the minis, I think it's pretty clear that what you see is what you are getting. It's disappointing, but pretty much expected since they have not addressed it. I wouldn't expect them to fix it now since shipping is expected in the next 2-3 months once they get the remaining shipment of fixed minis they addressed and get them replaced in the packages. I'm thinking of fixing her face once I get it. Start shaving off the extra cheek material and do any fixes with green stuff putty.

If you're uncertain whether you have the original email, try searching your inbox for "crowdox" - that should show you any emails with a link to the pledge manager.
If it's not there, you can go to the link provided in the update (I'll paste the address below here too) to go to the Crowdox page, where you can put in your email to have a new link to the campaign sent to you (remember to use the email you use here on Kickstarter too).

Are we ever going to get an update on the sculpts? Were they improved? Or are we going to get the swollen messed up faces?
Please show us the individual miniatures! This feels like I'm paying for something I'm not going to be happy with, and you're going to get snowed in with refunds...
How about ya'll go ahead and give us some nice, close up pictures of the minis instead of pics that are smaller than some web ads?
Never saw the original email for the Project Manager, just told it to resend the email. Guess I'll have to wait and see if/when it arrives in my inbox.
