YOU DID IT! AWESOMES!! This Project is FUNDED!!!

We MADE IT! Thanks to ALL OF YOU for the support and backing so far! As you'll see, I don't have the power of speech or typing completely down at the moment (some would say, most of the time...) as I'm STUNNED at the speed it's happened this weekend!

FANTASTIC job everyone... AMAZING! We got there with 10 days still to go! Have a BEER and a GREAT DAY! I'll be adding a message from the whole Stainless gang later, as we're getting together to CELEBRATE what YOU'VE DONE! :D

EDIT: It's early Sunday evening... And I've just returned from a celebratory get-together with the Stainless Crew! As promised, we gathered together en-mass, to say THANK YOU, KICKSTARTER BACKERS!

And now, for another small glass of sherry. THANKS FRIENDS, GOOD NIGHT, and see you all tomorrow!

Glad I caught this before time ran out. Carmageddon was one of my favorite games as a kid and just heard you're making a reboot. Congrats on hitting your target, now let's get out there and smash some peds!!

Thanks to every other backer other then me for helping this first step to making this dream come true :) I just wanted to have a Carma like the first one. No shiny colors, real post-nuclear enviroment and no firing guns.

Wanting to play a good Carmageddon again! Make it as awesome as the first one! I found myself playing games like Flatout 2 some time ago and i was thinking: wouldn't it be awesome to use an engine like this to make a new Carmageddon?

By the way: Please, make LAN play and a GNU/Linux version a reality. True gamers will know how to be thankful. Congratulations

Fantastic, cannot wait for another Carmageddon game! I look forward to seeing all the old cars and drivers again. Any chance we'll be seeing Psycho Pitbull and his Towmeister again? He was always my favourite, along with that massive cop car!

@jdayke Thanks for the answer! And I guess it's only logical then that the same goes for your name in the credits... Hmmm... Guess I'll discuss this with my husband then and see what we'll do :) Though we'll probably leave it like this since carma on gog will only cost $10 and I'm pretty sure we'd both be willing to pay that

    25. Manky Salad on May 27, 2012

Thank YOU Stainless for bringing back one of my favourite games from my early years. I'm now eagerly awaiting a Kick in the box :D

Will there be another AMA before this is all over?

Just pledged $30 to one of the most awesome game series ever! I've got one question though... Do you get a free version of Carma 1 with both the copies, or is it just the pledger that gets the free copy? Depending on the answer I MIGHT adjust the pledge (for example, lower my pledge to $25, but make my husband pledge the same amount)... The same question actually goes for the end credits as well...
