I think we have been respectful and considerate long enough. How about you start? By finally sending out the stuff you took our money for. I think we have been more than patient.
But at this point I am running out.
Oh, and I just noticed the ‘be respectful and courteous’ instruction. It would be nice if you had applied that to your business practices.
It’s October. I still don’t have my order. Is there any possible valid reason for this?
It would be nice if, after the very last HN has been safely delivered to its intended recipient, you send one final update, detailing exactly what went right, and what went wrong. Or if not wrong, where the misjudgements were that delayed this project so fantatically. What you learned that other KS folks might want to consider. A victim of too much popularity? Bad pricing out of the various pieces of this endeavor? Poor selection of vendor? I think the final detailed report would be a fascinating, if cautionary tale.
