About this project
You control Eerie Bones, an eccentric, human woman with plenty of moxie. She mysteriously wakes up in the captivating Underworld city of Tartarus. Without knowing how or why she ended up in Tartarus, Eerie finds out that she must collect the Seven Seals in order to go back home. You will decide Eerie's destiny as you make difficult choices, solve puzzles, and develop relationships with the denizens of Tartarus. Be ready for plenty of romance, easter eggs, and over 21 different endings. Can you uncover the mystery surrounding Eerie's fate?
The city of Tartarus is divided into 7 different districts. Each district is heavily plagued by a different sin. Depending on the path you choose, these sins will impact the story. Your choices can lead to positive development for your character, or result in negative consequences. Some choices will even lead to death. This game has lots of replay value with many quirky side stories hidden in the game.
Special scenes are unlocked when certain choices are made, or at pivotal plot points in your story. It could be a romantic interlude, or something tragic. They are meant to help immerse you further into the story as your character progresses.

Why are you Kickstarting?
We want to offer a better player experience. Any financial support would go straight into making more CGS for the game. Meeting our Kickstarter goal will help the final product be all that more enjoyable for our players. The game skeleton is already coded, most of the art finished, and the story is completely written. We would really love if we could add more CGS to the final game. We are campaigning for 20 days because we want to be able to deliver the final product to our players as soon as possible. This gives us plenty of time to test everything and implement new art while the campaign runs.
What type of game is it?
Wicked Love is a western-style Otome game (a visual novel/romance simulation).
Is it Greenlighted on Steam?
Yes! Wicked Love was Greenlighted within 30 days of being introduced on Steam.
Will it be DRM Free?
DRM-FREE Copies of the game will definitely be available and we hope to release the game on multiple platforms.
What system will the game be for?
The game demo is available for Windows and Steam. Currently, we are in the process of working on versions that will play on web browsers, Linux, and Mac systems.
Will it be a complete game or divided into chapters/episodes?
This is a COMPLETE game, it will NOT be released in chapters that you must buy, or pay extra to unlock additional story elements. We believe that episodic Otome games make it more difficult to immerse yourself into the story.
Wicked Love may have a name that sounds like a cliché romance, but the game engages the player in an adventure that reflects on the way love, choices, vices, and virtues shape our paths. It is both thoughtful and scandalous. If you enjoy Otome games, Catherine or the Persona series, or choose your own adventure novels then this game is for you :D
Where will the funding go?
The money would be going directly to the artists for more art assets in order to provide the best player experience.
The list of things that are already INCLUDED in the game:
-All 8 Main Characters
-Interface Assets (i.e buttons/menus)
-Game Graphic Assets (i.e interactive objects)
-All of the writing
The list of things we WOULD LIKE ADD to the game prior to release:
4 Additional Side Characters (4 x$100 =$400) & 14 CG Scenes (14 x $120 = $1680)
These additions would cost a total of $2,080. If we meet our goal we would first use the money towards CGS. Anything else would go towards the art assets listed above.
Thanks to many generous people at the beginning of 2016, we raised $1400 towards the game through Indiegogo falling short of the goal by a few thousand, but the $1400 along with my own capital over this last year paid for much of the art you will see in the game and the writing editor. We are now hoping Kickstarter will help us raise the rest we need to make this game even better. Thank you for your time!

Risks and challenges
To be honest, Wicked Love will be created even without the success of the crowdfunding, but without these supporters the scope and quality I would love to give players for a more unique gaming experience will certainly not be achieved. To me it is very important to gauge a game's success by how much fun and entertainment it provides the players. To me this project's real success hinges on more art assets.
Unforeseen events happen, unlucky things happen, and something unexpected will surely occur as this is the game development business, but rest assured I am the type of person who doesn't see an obstacle as a lay down and play dead moment, but I like the challenge of figuring out a way to accomplish something within certain parameters. which is most likely from the gamer side of me, or the inner Sherlock fan :D.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
