@Carina, The canvas posters are coming from China. Customs in China is a VERY long process. Give it time. Based upon the responses here and e-mails I am receiving, a bunch just got released. Hopefully, yours is in that bunch.

Six more posters have arrived. The Royal Blue Knight, Edison, the Scarecrow, and the Others are assembled and awaiting Alice's grand Denoument... makes it sound like a detective story, and one worthy of Sherlock Holmes - oh, he's here too.

@Jeremy, It has. However, it's coming from China. Things are often held up in customs for 4-10 weeks. Give it another couple of weeks and if it hasn't arrived, please contact me. - Ophelea

@Edward, Your poster went out with the others. It's possible it's being held up for VAT/Post fees. We see this sometimes with UK deliveries. Check your local Post?

@Michael, Your items are coming from China. They could very well be stuck in customs (which takes 4-8 weeks)> give it a little more time.

is there a list of names you'll be putting up for backers to check for their names before the film(s) are done? I understand these things take time, and that you are having shipping problems (probably due to the nasty winter weather hitting most of North America) but because of how long this is taking I am getting a little nervous that my pledge was not counted or didn't go through somehow.

@Kelly, No, I wouldn't be worried yet. There's a lot of reports of the USPS and UPS having problems with delivery this year. If you don't have it by the new year, then e-mail me directly at ophelea@spicyhorse.com

@American: Thanks. Customs has significantly slowed down only one package I've ever had sent, and that was two full-size replica Vorpal Blades from Epic Weapons - no surprises that they got checked out thoroughly! - so I'm hopeful they'll be here by the end of the year, at least, if not by Christmas. What do you mean by "not sure from China"? Were they sent from the US or from China?

@Josh R, Yes, there are multiple tubes depending on where the items come from and how many we can fit in a tube.
@Chris, I don't have any idea unfortunately. They were sent US Post from the US, not sure from China. So, a few days to a few weeks depending on customs. :(
@Donovan, Yes, all of the lithographs have gone out!

Are you shipping multiple tubes for multiple posters, or are only certain posters shipping? I received by HMS Gryphon, but know I'd ordered other artwork.
Also, it is AMAZING in person - these are all definitely getting nice frames and going up on the walls!
