The imagery was fantastic. I definitely felt along for the ride with Verne wanting to know where Alice was going to take me next and why she was doing this. I enjoyed it.

I enjoyed the comparisons to Vernes novels and just the beautiful imagery, i love that Alice is going on a journey with him, though i feel as though it should be a shared adventure rather then Alice playing the part of a guiding spirit of sorts. don't get me wrong it is exceptional and its not that she seems like a omnipotent guide i just think it could feel more like an adventure to both of them dialogue wise.

      Simply brilliant!

If this is half as good as I think this will be it will still be money well spent.

It's positively lovely! I'm so excited to see this on screen! I can't wait to see what else you have in store for us!

I thought the script was brilliant. I'm not one for having the imagination to read something of fiction then create the world and characters in my mind.

But this was definitely an exception to that. I read it through three times and took more in each time.

Great work and can't wait to see it animated :)

I'm glad that you are going to be sharing the scripts with us! This was quite interesting and I am eagerly awaiting the next scripts. Hopefully you will share the storyboards too, I love seeing the process.

Well written, easily read and visualized.
I love where this is going.

    9. Alicia Jones

I love it! Its just the same as the alice I remember. I love how Alice is attempting to help him and he is also helping her as well.

After reading through the script, i have a bit of concern*. It appeared to me that the end of the story has allusions to "Paris in the Twentieth Century", as Verne looks at the glass skyscrapers, saying in there lies his final novel. "Paris in the Twentieth Century" is about a dystopian future in an advanced technological society. A warning to scientists if you will.

If I understood that reference correctly, then my problem is that that novel was not his last. it may have been the last one published long after his death, but it was written in his 30s. So here we have a 60 year old Verne looking for inspiration for a book he's already written? don't like that.

I know that this is a fantasy story, but one of the things I really like about stories involving say time travelers and such is when these characters interact with historical people, their influence leads to historical accuracies in a unique outside-of-the-box/fictitious way.

So that is what I want to see with these Alice stories. Alice, while inside their heads, influences the minds of these historical figures and she becomes the reason/inspiration they do this historical thing or that invention with timelines/continuity making sense.

*note: I, like a true producer would, only read through the script once. so if I read into the allusion wrong, then this is irrelevant.

      ugh... SPOILERS! :P

I really like it! But I also agree a bit with Alexander Schuster and think that it may be something that Mr. Goin would like to look into. :) If he decides to keep it the way it is, then that's te creative choices of the creative parties involved, artistic license and all, but informed historical re-writing is the way to go here, I opine. Lol.

This is a good start. I look forward to seeing this come to life & seeing where this leads Alice to next! Make Alice Otherlands AWESOME! Nice! ~ Go ALICE!!! ^_^

@Ruby, This is just the script for the animation. The animations won't be done until late 2014.
