Andrew Perkins completed a Master’s of Architecture degree at the University at Buffalo. His thesis – using only waste materials - transformed a decaying house into his year-long off-the-grid home. The work, which earned the Chair’s Award for “high caliber design work” was also featured in a number of renowned journals and conferences.
