Ein Prototyp ist sozusagen ein vorläufiges Modell dessen, was bei einem Projekt entstehen soll, wenn es sich dabei um ein Produkt handelt. In diesem Fall müssen den Unterstützern Unterlagen zu einem funktionierenden Prototypen präsentiert werden. In dieser Galerie kann der Projektgründer Fotos oder Videos hochladen, damit sich die Unterstützer eine Vorstellung davon machen können, in welchem Stadium sich das Projekt befindet; was bereits erreicht wurde und was noch aussteht. Der Entwicklungsprozess ist zwar bei jedem Projekt unterschiedlich, aber für gewöhnlich gibt es dabei die folgenden Phasen:

Sieht aus wie das Endprodukt und hat dieselben funktionalen Eigenschaften, wurde aber aus anderen Materialien oder in einer anderen Art und Weise hergestellt.

4) Soshee Delight!!
Soshees started with an idea in 2015 - what if you could combine a life-like robotic with your every day social media use? We immediately began looking for the best in animatronics to design our first prototype. This led us to John Nolan Studios in London
By the spring of 2016, the design plans began coming into place.
By the Summer of 2016, our first prototypes began to take shape.

By the fall of 2016, the design was (literally) taking on a life of its own.
In October, our prototypes arrived from the UK to the USA!
We spent the rest of the year working out all of the kinks, and finishing the software development. By January, our Soshees was humming along, and ready for its public debut!

John Nolan is an award-winning animatronics designer based in London. While you may not have heard of him, you have definitely seen his work in movies such as Harry Potter, Clash of the Titans, and on programs on the Discovery Channel and PBS.
Jason Buzi is an entrepreneur based in the San Fancisco Bay Area. He gained world-wide recognition in the summer of 2015 with the social experiment for good, Hidden Cash. He came up with the Soshees concept.
Savannah Peterson is a tech advocate and evangelist. She was named Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Consumer Technology and teaches at Stanford, NYU, and PACE University.
Jon Copper is a tech enthusiast and digital strategist that joined the team in 2015. He runs Flourish Digital, a marketing agency focusing on the success of start-ups.
Igor Dralyuk is a software engineer based in Silicon Valley.

Risiken und Herausforderungen
Soshees teamed up with John Nolan, a world renown animatronic designer. He has worked on several large movie sets such as Harry Potter and Clash of the Titans creating robotics. He designed our physical robot, and will continue to work with Soshees to create new models and designs, as well as work out any potential design issues with the current model.
Our app and concept designer, is based out of Silicon Valley, and will be on staff to continue to improve and reinvent Soshees through our beta-test phase.
We are fully aware that launching an app and robotic device will come with bugs and fixes that need to addressed in real time to keep our backers and customers happy, and we plan to strive to make sure any all issues are resolved as quickly as possible through our roll out process.
The current prototypes are fully functional as they are. The crowdfund is to help bring our current models to a larger audience.
