I've never received mine. What do I do? Who do I contact??

How could you have zero complaints if ive been complaining about them since they arrived. The sharp edge of the housing had gouged chunks out of where it meet the cable. This was how I relieved the item not from use. With regard to the security I believe cable locks are a waste of time and still do which is why I didn't back to receive one. I backed the chain version which you failed to deliver.

      Hi Killian,

We have had a huge amount of positive feedback from many backers and new customers. The seatpost sizes have posed some issues but for those that checked the size of their post and let us know we had almost all of them right. In presales +kickstarter backers we had over 1800 units to ship so it was a very complicated process. Regarding the finish there has been zero complaints - the only complications have had to do with varying seat post diameters.

If you don't feel the cable lock is secure enough for your needs I'd recommend using this in conjunction with another lock as is shown in the video. If you are in a high risk area you need two locks - so this is a perfect secondary lock or to be used for quick stops!

To clarify im not speaking about the security level, (a cable lock is useless which is why I never backed that option) im speaking about the fit and finish

From the look of the comments section you've had nothing but accurate negative feed back about a poorly expected item
