Every electric bike sold supports our soil health startup
By purchasing a Soil Bike, you're supporting our soil health startup. Soil pollution is a huge problem – we’re on a mission to fix it! Not only do you get an awesome electric bike, you're directly helping to spread awareness for soil health by riding around on a bike called 'Soil'. Car's and gas stations have caused a lot of pollution in our communities - it's time to ditch the car and ride an electric bike for all local trips. The Soil Company (that's us) is in the process of further developing a technology to clean up pollutants from the soil, and now you are a part of that story too. Thanks for your support – and more importantly, enjoy your Soil Bike!
It's cool, but don't just take our word for it...
We've had hundreds of people try the Soil Bike and give us their feedback. That's how we designed it. Here are some Winter Park locals riding the Soil Bike for the first time.

Specifications
Our customer-centric approach to the Soil Bike's design and functionality has allowed us to utilize the some of the best and most trusted brands in the world and produce the ultimate user-friendly ebike. Tektro, Shimano, Bafang and Samsung just to name a few. It's the perfect ebike for anyone from 5' to 6'6" and up to 250lbs. The idea was to create a very simple, practical ebike for living locally in urban environments - and with your help we have done just that.

Designed in Winter Park, FL - Made in Asia
Almost 90% of the world's electric bikes are now produced in Asia. They simply do it the best. Our factory (which we have established a great relationship with) takes pride in minimizing waste, and utilizing high quality parts. The great thing is we designed the Soil Bike to be serviceable at your local bike store - that's why we made it with so many trusted parts. Yes, your Soil Bike will require occasional maintenance - just like any other bicycle. The brake cables need tightening, the chain oiling etc. Support your local bike store! Most bike stores nationwide are now equipped to work on electric components too.

A mentor and friend to our project
John Rife is an incredible mentor and friend to our project. He is the founder of East End Market - a local food and entrepreneurship hub that has inspired hundreds of people to elevate the Orlando community. He is the only person who is not part of our team who has a Soil Bike. John has overseen the project since day 1 - Thanks John!
"Love, love, love my Soil Bike. I'm a grateful and honored ambassador."

Our Story
Since the middle of 2017 we have been engaged with some brilliant scientists as part of the 'NASA tech to University' program to look for a natural solution that will remove human created pollutants (oil, gas and diesel) from soil and groundwater. These contaminated sites are often called Brownfield's, many of which are old gas stations. We want to clean them up so the land can be utilized for something that makes our communities a better place. Our solution requires substantial time and a large financial investment. It's high risk, but also extremely high reward...it could be a game changer, and a major win for the environment and our communities.
As a startup with a big idea, time & money do not come easily...so we set out to develop a product that would allow us to become self-sustianble in a business sense. In the relatively small town of Winter Park, Florida we began designing an electric bike we thought could help influence more people to ditch the car for all journeys less than 5 miles. A large portion of soil pollution has been caused by industry, run-off, and cars - so riding a bike locally reduces your impact. You are preventing further pollution and are a part of the solution too.
Our Team
