Thank you all so much for your support with this project and for making it happen! We definitely couldn't have planned for the response we received and it was a lot of hard work and long nights to get everything produced and shipped out. We're very grateful to everyone for funding this project and for your patience with the fulfillment process.
At this point there are still about 1,200 backers who have not filled out their survey providing us with their shipping and order information. We're emailing to let you know that as of this past Wednesday we have started shipping the SnapPower Chargers to Kickstarter Backers! Per our last email, we will be shipping all Kickstarter orders throughout the remainder of September and first part of October. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number.

We have great news! We’ve just been informed by UL that the SnapPower Charger has passed all testing and is now UL certified. Now that this process is finalized we can start up our production lines for YOUR SnapPower Chargers!
The first production ready Chargers should start coming off the line towards the end of August and we will be shipping the Kickstarter orders throughout the month of September and first part of October.
If you have still not filled out the survey we sent you please do! Without this survey we do not have the necessary information to ship your Chargers to you. If you have not completed your survey, or if you have any questions, please reach out to us directly at support@snappower.com and we will provide you with a link to the survey.

For those of you who have still not completed your survey it is very important you get them filled out as soon as possible. When the time comes to begin shipping the Chargers, we will be using the information from these surveys to decide what style and color of Chargers to ship to you along with the address you would like us to send them to.
Please check your your inbox as well as your spam folders for the survey email which should have come from either SnapPower or Crowdox. CrowdOx is a 3rd party we are using to help expedite the survey and fulfillment process and there is a possibility the email may have come from them.

Recently our Kickstarter campaign wrapped up and we're incredibly happy and grateful for the amazing response we received on the SnapPower Charger. Thank you so much for your support and help in getting this new product to market. We know you’re going to love it!
Now that funding has closed, we are busy putting together a survey that will allow you to provide us with your order details (shipping info, color and style selections, etc…). We will be emailing this survey to the email address you provided us with when you placed your order on Kickstarter. Please be sure to keep an eye out for this email over the next 30 days.
There have been many of you asking if you can increase your order size as well as get special pricing on our other product, the SnapPower Guidelight (night-lights). Because of these requests and as a special thank you for supporting our project on Kickstarter, we will be giving you one last opportunity to get more SnapPower Chargers at the special discounted pricing you pledged for on Kickstarter. In addition to this, we will also be giving you special discounted pricing on the SnapPower Guidelights. There will be a dedicated section during the survey process that will allow you to increase your pledge for more Chargers as well as add Guidelights to your order at the discounted pricing.
Now for a quick update on the project. Things have been moving along quite nicely. At this point in time we are still on track for our original delivery dates and will continue to do everything within our power to get through the manufacturing, UL certification and delivery process in a timely manner. All of the tooling and molds have been finalized and we recently ran our first test run of 100 Chargers. These units are currently being used for initial testing and have been submitted to UL for their review and certification process. You can see a picture below of a manufacturing mold as well as some actual units that have been made using this mold.
