      Know this question has been asked over time, but when can we expect a 2.1amp version of the USB plate?

      I personally don't like the fact the white covers are porous and flat white instead of slick and glossy white. The first one I tried to install would not fit the box and one of the tabs broke off. I backed you guy for over $120 and I am not looking forward to finding out they may not work in my flipped houses, as my goal is to provide better value and perks for buyers. If you get massive funding here or anywhere, you should invest in replacing your runs with a better product and offering support via email only is substandard for any business. Are you projects one-shot money grabs or are you trying to grow a real business? ~VR

      Mine stopped working as well after about a week. They fit fine, I tried reseating them but no dice. Waste of money.

      Mine atop working after 1 week. Now as previously states by another backer...they are just plug covers. Good for nothing. Any explanation as of why they stopped working? @creator

      Mine worked for about 2 weeks, then they just stopped working. Now they are just wall plug covers.

      Will you be making any fast charge capable?
      We have 3 of these in the house, but still use the AC adapters because the AC adapters let the phones use fast charging.

      Well it looks like there have been changed in outlet design non of mine work with my new house built this year. Unless I modify the outlet.

      So, one of them already doesn't work, (it actually hasn't for quite a while now). Hoping I can snag another one, I use them all of the time.

      @William

      I don't think that's the creator's fault. They work perfectly with modern residential outlets. Maybe you can contact their support team for a refund. Or save it for if you move, or if you own the building, then you could try upgrading the outlet/wiring.

      These do not work. I live in an old building in NYC. None of the electrical plugs fit. 4th product off KS that's been money down the drain.

      Unfortunately, after about a month and a half of use, one of them has kicked the bucket. A little disappointed by this and hope they all don't have the same problem.

      I know this is coming a little past the holidays, but I just wanted to let you know that I gave the USB chargers out as Christmas gifts and also gave a few of the guide lights, too. Everyone has now installed them and has had nothing but good things to say about them. I am so thrilled because I have used the guide lights since I first backed you and love them. Spreading the love...

      I gave one of the chargers to a friend who liked it so well she ordered them for the whole family for Christmas. However she was sent the guide lights instead of the chargers and can't get anyone to respond from the website. Disappointing. Any suggestions how to get a response?

      Saw a booth selling your products in my local mall this past weekend. It looked really well put together. So, I went over and started perusing your items, and was severely disappointed when the person running the booth just looked at me and snuffed his nose. He turned around and went back to his texting. I was bummed because I had backed the Kickstarter, and wanted to show my wife the very cool products you do have. Hopefully no one else will have a similar experience. Thanks.

      I received mine yesterday, after 2 months travelling around the world! The package, not me. XD
      They are so beautiful! KS pics don't do them justice! I'm in love! My order disappeared into the ether and Snap Power sent another one immediately. Great service! 2 things:
      - It'd be great if you make a duplex charger. I mean, a 2-gang cover with 2 chargers, one output by side. That'd be awesome!! I have a lot of 2-gang plates on my house and having 2 chargers per plate would be rad! Standard and Decor.
      - Consider changing shipping company. I tracked my package and it went to Germany before returning to this continent to get to Mx! It came with labels from France customs. I mean, what? Carbon footprint, guys. I'm down here, south of UT, 2000 miles! :D
      Thanks again for such an awesome product. Hope to hear about version 2.0 any soon!

      I got these awhile ago, but put them on the shelf as they were the wrong ones. I went back and looked at my survey and it says I ordered decor in ivory, but that's not right. There not a wall plate in my house that isn't white and none that would match the oblong rectangle hole on these. I would have never ordered them. All my wall plates are white and have the standard two roundish holes in them..

      Over all I like the product. I have an older home so some of my outlet boxes were very cramped. So installation what not that easy (nothing to do with the product though) once I cleared it up it was pretty easy to install. Once I got the first one the next was very easy to install. My third snap cover however cracked on the sides. So I got 2/3 working lol. Now my daughter can charge her iPad next to her bed

      My Charger doesn't charge my phone anymore. The outlets work though so it seems a problem with the charger. I hope warranty covers me.

      They are great! Next version have the mini USB and/or iPad cables built in! Now my daughter doesn't have to locate the plug... just the cable.

      I received an email update notifying me that the order has begun shipping with tracking back in october. it's been a month I have not received the shipment and the tracking script was never actually used.

      The charger I got works good. It seems from my measure it charges in the same amount of time as my 2.1A wall charger. I don't know how or why? , but that's a good thing.

      The Guidelights I also got are really nice. Do they really only use less than 10cents of energy per year, even if on all the time?

      I got my 5 pack in the mail. And I noticed that I messed up on my order. I needed 2 that were Duplex outlets. Is there any chance that I could swap those 2 out, or purchase 2 more at the discounted rate. If I can't I understand. I moved into a new house.

      Wow! RESPECT! This thing can be installed by a chimp and works like a champ. My 10 arrived and within minutes I had installed 5 of them; the others will be Christmas presents for family members. What will be your next project???

      Received my two, one installed. It's important to note that the Decora-style cover is NOT reversible. The only way it will work is if the USB side is next to the ground pin. If you put it in the other way around it won't connect with the outlet screws. I don't know if the two-hole style covers have the same issue.

      I was installing into a cramped and small outlet box and I had to move wires out of the way and snip off the end of the plastic tab to get it to work. But once I did, it was fine. The USB socket does not seem to grip plugs as firmly as others I have used.

      I just want to thank the SnapPower team for a great product (which hasn't always been my experience on Kickstarter :)). I ordered three chargers and received three. I've installed all three and they work as expected.

      I got mine a few days ago and have installed both. They installed easily, fit well, and seem to work great!
