      If anyone didn’t get theirs they can have mine. It’s a piece of junk and does nothing like shown. Total crap manufacturing and waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy a steady cam handle at your local electronics/ camera store. Any work better than this one

      I received my smoovie and just shelfed it. With an iphone7 it just wobbles and will not stay steady as i move around.
      Did anyone have any issue with a larger phone?
      Also in the video ad you say a magnetic gimble is what helps it stabilize. All i see is a black plastic peg/pin piece that does not stabilize.
      Waste of time fiddling with this and waste of money. Am considering another.

      I already sent several emails to sales@pocketsmoovie.com mentioning that I did not receive the product, and they answered me first by a person named Michelle, saying that they would send one to me, the elapsed time they mention in the mail and when they did not arrive, Send another mail and in the response sent by a person named Inga, they tell me that the person named Michelle no longer works with them, but that he would take care of solving the problem and would be sending the product again but now with the Number of international gia to be able to do the tracing and that as soon as I deposited it I would send an email to inform me, date of the mail has the date of January 19 of this year, February 4 of this year send an email to ask if there was Made the sending and until now I do not receive any mail in response, You ask that when leaving a comment we be respectful and considerate, and ask if you are with us like this?

      Clearing the house out and came across my Smoovie. I attempted to get it working properly perhaps 3 times but it was just not what was advertised, didn't work and I put it aside. It has now been thrown out and now ranks as the first Kickstarter project which I have actually put in the bin. Believe the reviews, it doesn't work. Thankfully the price wasn't high. There was a reason for that though...

      This product does NOT perform as advertised. I have tried to use it numerous times and the results have been very very disappointing. The build and material quality is very poor as well.
      I do not recommend this product to anyone, and considering the creators response to overwhelming disappointment in their product, I will advise people NOT to purchase anything they produce in the future.

      I came hear to review comments after a spate of disappointing kickstarter campaigns. I must say I'm somewhat relieved to see so many sharing my sentiment. This Smoovie was incredibly disappointing. I thought it was just me being unable to make it work.

      This doesn't add any discernible improvement to either GoPro or mobile phone footage, and only ends up making you look like a tosser...

      I'll add this to the pile of not-even-close-to-the-promise kickstarter campaigns. I must learn to stop.

      Agreed, received mine a while ago, almost immediately went into the trash. It would NOT work at all... :( Good idea, poor execution...

      We won't come out and say it to your faces, that it is our fault that our project does not work as advertised, as it is rather you, the backers, who are stupid and don't know how to use it.
      Please watch our videos on how to use the only properly working Smoovie that exists, which is prototype we created, and not the lackluster quality ones that were produced in China and sent out to our backers.
      We wouldn't have a product if it wasn't for you guys. So thank you for your money, and please accept this extended middle-finger as a token of our gratitude."

      Now, I have translated it so that we, the backers, can understand what the creator really meant to say:

      I try really hard to give it a chance..... try different methods,techniques an same results this product is a fraud ..... doesn't work at all , i can get better videos with my hand please, please don't buy it.

      Agree with so many. Wasn't as described , didn't work at all and I can get a much smoother video from just holding the phone. It could of worked if more attention to detail and more testing was done before simply cranking them out.

      I'm not sure why, but the comments in here seem unreasonable. Given price-point and how compact it is, there are going to be some stabilisation trade-offs. I think Smoovie is performing quite well, within its constraints. My farther would like one for christmas. How do i buy one more? (i know it probably won't arrive before Christmas, but that doesn't matter)
