      @Peter Rask. I received mine some days ago. Norwegian customs officers made sure I had to pay quite a bit in MVA and customs handling, almost USD100 in total.I like the kit but have some questions regarding usability, range and android support. Without an power outlet or Philips Hue etc. all I feel can do is to get alerts when something is triggered.

      @anndCwind - you should have gotten emails from KickStarter and SmartThings asking for your information and any of the surveys that have been sent out - I think initially it was a KS email - then SmartThings did some as well...

      At this point - email support@smartthings.com and let them know...

      The problem here is that people are getting angry. SmartThings seems to have their focus shifted to future customers instead of setting their first priority to all those important backers that helped getting their product and this great idea possible. And this by contributing their money and believing in something upfront. Now these are the ones left behind.

      An update for CE backers: We have completed the CE Hub manufacturing process and have the first items in our warehouse. (We are finalizing QA on the firmware to allow for the 1% duty cycle limitation in CE countries)

      Once QA is completed, we will begin programming the Hubs. All other devices are in hand in our warehouse and ready to be packaged. As soon as we receive the Hubs from the manufacturer, we will provide an update on turnaround time to shipping.

      @XD: I am not less disappointed than you.Trust me. That said, I have found most SmartThings "Things" devices with other Z-Wave manufacturers in Europe.The only reason I am still waiting, not asking for refund, is because I want to have their HUB and application and access to their portal..Although similar things are available ,SamrtThings still has an edge as they integrate with the UBI maybe PalugAway and other Kicstarter devices I have.

      Disappointed that the company at SmartThings cannot add more Things to international KS backers.

      I sent a ticket regarding adding more things since SmartThings is having a 10% off discount till 7th Feb. Unfortunately, I was told extra Things can't be added to KS rewards.

      Currently SmartThings only ship to US and Canada. So it seems like it's a long wait before international KS backers can purchase directly from SmartThings.
