Everything you wanted to know about Islam ... and what they wouldn't tell you, anyway.

I'm sure you're tired of apologies

I know there have been a lot of issues with the time frame. I could go on and on about why that is (illness, accidents, computer issues, and so on). Instead, I will make a solid promise:

If I do not submit the manuscript to Pitchstone Publishing by this fall, I will refund your money.

I hope to have it done sooner than that, but that is my pledge.

After I submit the manuscript, it will take 3-4 months for my publisher to get the book together (that's when you, a backer, will be receiving it), and then the book will be officially launched 3 months from then (when it will be for sale for the public).

I thank you all for your patience with me, and apologize again for the lack of updates.

So... Winter's coming December 21st... any update?

If you can't finish it by the end of this Fall but DO have plans for finishing it eventually, I'd rather you give us an option whether we want our money back. Because I don't care about my $10 and I'd rather you keep it if you haven't given up on the project completely.

So Autumn is here. Any word on an update?

I've got to say that with what's going on with ISIS/ISIL in the Middle East, with people being beheaded, and with the fear and xenophobia being stirred up here in Australia, I would much, much rather have your book as a resource to read than have my money refunded.

I would simply like to know if or when I can expect to receive it. Could you please update your backers.

I know I can't speak for all your backers, but for me personally I say just take as much time as you need. I'm confident the finished product will be awesome, and life gets in everyone's way from time to time. I certainly don't feel like I've been ripped off or let down or anything. I certainly don't want a refund. Just keep plugging away at it and when it's finished it's finished. Just my two cents I guess.
