Ogrezine will be a collection of Ogre articles curated by Drew Metzger. This is a further test of support for Ogre on Kickstarter, as well as an excuse to create some short articles for all Ogre players. If it goes well, it might even become an annual thing.
This is our smallest Kickstarter ever, depending on wide support at $3 per person – though reward levels are also available for those who want to pick up some additional Ogre swag, like the miniatures.
All the articles will be released publicly online, one every couple of weeks (with a holiday break). When they are all done, we’ll create a PDF of them all and send it to supporters. The PDF will be available for sale on warehouse23.com.
Three new magazine-style articles, like the “Dambusters” sample, posted to ogrezine.sjgames.com as HTML pages on October 20, November 3, and November 17 (all Fridays). Collected, with “Dambusters,” as a PDF for supporters after all stretch goals are dealt with.
* $3 - PDF collecting the three articles, plus the “Dambusters” sample, with a cover by Brandon Moore, plus a bonus or two. Ships March 2018.
* $25 (includes shipping) - PDF plus Ogre Reinforcements - U.S. only. Limited to 200. Reinforcements ships in September 2017, PDF ships in March 2018.

Risks and challenges
Steve Jackson Games is an established game publisher with a successful track record and we have enough Kickstarter experience to deal with issues should they arise. The physical items are already being produced. Additionally, the PDF will be curated by the Ogre line editor and overseen by Steve Jackson himself. As we've done in the past, we will stay in touch with our backers during and after the Kickstarter, all the way through fulfillment of the rewards.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
