At least one copy has reached an Australian backer! I can't wait to get home to open it! ^_^

I received mine a few days ago as well.. Luckily I received my randomizers and cards with my 2 base games (3rd edition and Shadows)

What I ended up doing for storage is.. (I thought, why not. heh) I cut the plastic around 1 of the chip trays, so that it was just barely below the bottom of a chip section. It worked out great. I put all of my shadows chips in there (and I took out the blanks, and put the chips from the randomizer/extras package (15 of them) into the blanks and extras sections.. it fits 15 perfectly. I wasn't 100% sure if this would work, but I then stuck the full plastic tray, right over the top of the cut down one in the box. it slid right over it. and I got all the chips there. I used 5 of my 10 extra blanks (From Shadows) into the Extras slot in the 3rd Edition section. That left me with 5 blanks I couldn't fit (I just put them into one of the bags that came with it for now. So 1 box holds all the chips (and the 2 manuals on the top) the other box holds all the bags, cards, shields and place mats. It was the best that I could do. But I'm pleased with how it turned out.

I got mine yesterday. The randomizers were included in the packing box with the bonus puzzle chips and the 2 Puzzle Strike boxes. Great quality. My only complaint is figuring out where to put the expansion characters so I don't have to carry around 2 boxes... :)

    4. Albey Amakiir on October 2, 2012

Would have been nice if he wrote it here, but it seems the randomizers are coming separately in some packs.

    5. Howard Wolosky on October 2, 2012

Mike -- did your randomizers come in the same box or separately? My 3rd edition just arrived yesterday, but the randomizers were neither in the sealed game box, nor in the shipping box the game came in.

    6. Mike DiGiovanni on September 30, 2012

      I got my randomizers.

    7. McJarvis on September 28, 2012

Got my games today-- the components are much better than I thought they would be. I understand they weren't supposed to be in the game boxes; when do the randomizer cards come in the mail?

    8. Mike DiGiovanni on September 28, 2012

Got my copy yesterday. It's awesome. Great quality.

    9. Mike DiGiovanni on August 19, 2012

I'd love to hear some updates about the manufacturer process. Less of a "where's my stuff" and more of a "I just love hearing about this crap" thing.

    10. Adam Krump on July 27, 2012

Any word on when those of use who got the 3rd edition plus expansion plus strat guide are getting ours? If it's still September, I'm cool, any later and I'm going to have to change addresses is all.

Got my codes shortly after this closed out and just got my Dream Combo package in the mail. Production value on the games is extremely high and I look forward to trying them out this weekend!

    12. Allen Sorensen on May 29, 2012

I have not received any codes for Star Membership or the Free Character.

    13. Kenny on May 29, 2012

GameSalute contacted me very quickly after I posted here and our conversation was great. I think you made a great choice using their service. I just wanted to pass the word along.

    14. Kenny on May 25, 2012

Thanks, David! I'm sorry if I came off pushy, I'm just excited! ^_^

    15. David Sirlin 6-time creator on May 24, 2012

For the Dream Combo, the Yomi / Flash Duel / Puzzle Strike 2nd Edition + Upgrade Pack part of it should be You can ask for more details, as they are shipping it. But yeah, around now! And same thing for the print-and-play versions. Those should all be sent out by the weekend, so that's actually ahead of schedule.

    16. Kenny on May 24, 2012

I'm so excited about this it's probably not rational. Just out of curiousity, when are the Puzzle Strike 2nd edition sets shipping to those of us who went all in (poker pun - it seemed appropriate) with the Dream Combo? It's ok if it's not until Sep or 2014, I'm just excited. ^_^

    17. David Sirlin 6-time creator on May 18, 2012

Greg, I can't figure out how to msg you on here for some reason. If you msg me, I can give instructions about paying the extra $40 for international shipping.

      Mike: No problem!

    18. Greg Lescoe on May 18, 2012

Aw hell, I must have been looking at the first listed reward, then. Any way I can pay the extra forty bucks' difference for overseas shipping?

    19. Mike DiGiovanni on May 18, 2012

Great job with getting the codes out so far

Hi David, I know the digital game starts in June, but can I get the character code now? The weekly rotation is not making me level up fast, and I am a Geiger Master :D

    22. David Sirlin 6-time creator on May 17, 2012

Greg, it didn't switch. In fact, it's not possible to switch it after a kickstarter project launches. All the dates are identical to what they were on day 1. Also, it takes months to manufacture goods and have them shipped to warehouses by freight, so it would have never made sense to ship finished products to customers only two weeks after the end of the kickstarter. You must have seen the date for rewards that contained only digital items.

If you have any questions about shipping, you can contact, as they are the ones who will actually ship stuff to everyone.

    23. Greg Lescoe on May 17, 2012

Oh geez, when did this switch from June to September delivery? Here I was, hoping to have this shipped to the US in preparation for a visit in August. Oh dear. Is it possible at this point to switch it to non-US shipping and pay the difference manually?

    24. Tarantul on May 17, 2012

1.Sputang, I dont want that they only work I want a factory quality without any additional "movements" (printing, cutting etc). I have Puzzle strike 2ed and it works but why do I pay 175$ (int.shipping included) to get the new edition? Because it's better and has more stuff inside. So the additional 10 characters cards per game aren't so expensive to produce and I think all backers deserve it.
2.Another good idea is to give to the backers a special promo code helping them to buy a psychical copy of Yomi with discount from Sirlin site. Because 135$ (with international shipping) for 10 card decks are..."not so cheap".
3.In any case, David you make great games.Waiting for new ones.

    25. Zach W on May 17, 2012

Hai gais! I just pledged some moneydollars with 3 hours left to go.
Don't let me be last on the backers list! ;-)

    26. Sputang on May 17, 2012

You're getting digital copies of the game along with the physical copy, so you can always print out a set of the character cards and make your own randomizers. They won't look as nice, but they'll work.

    27. Matthew Wiley on May 16, 2012

I already plan on shuffling Flash Duel cards when I want to randomize characters. That said, what would *really* take the cake would be an iOS / Android companion app sporting a character select screen (rockin' a cheesy-but-awesome chiptune of course!)

    28. Tarantul on May 16, 2012

David, I think it is important to make randomizers for the characters because a main fun is to play without previous "mathematics" decisions (what chip and characters to chose to make balance and bla-bla-bla) and discussing who now plays green/yellow etc. I have custom-made cards but an quality is not so good.
One card for the side is enough.

    29. Allen Sorensen on May 16, 2012

@Salvador, That's bittersweetly awesome, I supported Tentacle Bento too, but I feel like withdrawing support for Puzzle Strike would be like throwing the baby out with the bathwater.

    30. David Sirlin 6-time creator on May 16, 2012

Tom, there is a faq on the main kickstarter project page about using the (freely available) 3rd edition rules with the 2nd edition set. People have been doing that already and it's gone well. The strategy guide will be available later, both from and from brick-and-mortar hobby game stores that choose to carry it.

    31. Salvador Bernadó Sala
      on May 16, 2012

I have been forced to withdraw my pledges from your project due to the way Kickstarter handled the suspension and cancellation of Board & Card Games project Tentacle Bento. Kickstarter acted on pressure generated from two misinformed articles that misrepresented the project and were done in hopes to raise page hits and enough negative feedback for the project to be cancelled. I do not feel developer Soda Pop Miniatures and their project were treated fairly. As I do not condone censorship and the way Kickstarter handled the situation by taking a stand as some kind of moral enforcer of what is parody/satire/acceptable (without consulting the project founders or backers), I am forced to back out of any ongoing and future projects hosted at Kickstarter.

I was wondering: Is there any chance of an update for 1st and 2nd edition Puzzle Strike owners, to get their game to mesh with 3rd edition and Shadows? I don't know how feasible it is- maybe the cost of bundling the revised chips together would make an upgrade prohibitively expensive. However, SirlinGames already released an update that fixes a couple things, so I hope you'd consider a further one, perhaps with the chips from the previous update as well. I don't know the logistics of the business, but I'd appreciate any attempt. I think it would also help sales of Puzzle Strike Shadows, since people wouldn't hold back out of fear that a much-improved update would come along. I don't know what changes 3rd edition makes, but it sounds like they're pretty big.

Also, will the Puzzle Strike advanced strategy guide be available later on? It sounds pretty interesting, but my funds are tight.

    33. David Sirlin 6-time creator on May 15, 2012

Nick, the delivery dates are listed by each reward, so june (next month).

    34. Nick Koepke on May 15, 2012

When are the Print and Play files getting sent out?

    35. Frederik Vezina
      on May 15, 2012

In the last hours of the KS, how about a new tier where you only get randomizers? Maybe $10 or so, for people who want to buy the game from their FLGS later but don't want to miss those.

    36. Allen Sorensen on May 14, 2012

I'm really glad you didn't include a Dinner with Sirlin or Meet the Developer tier. That crap strikes me as pretentious.

      Hooray! $60K!

    43. David Sirlin 6-time creator on May 13, 2012

Tom, we'd need like 10x the funding or something, we aren't even close to being able to make that practical. Mouse pad material costs enormously more, and rather than lowering the retail price relative to the 2nd edition as we've been able to do, it would increase the price massively. I really think we need to get the price of a deckbuilding game into a $50-$55 range instead something like $75 or more. I wish it weren't such a high cost to use that material, but those are the breaks. (You could always buy the Upgrade Pack for the 4 mats though...those are actually sold at well below what makes sense to business-wise, because I really wanted to get it in everyone's hands at the time.)

Oliver, the print-and-play will have the promos I think, yeah.

Hey we are close to the $60 level now, great!

    44. Tom Hansen on May 12, 2012

With as much as we're getting pledged, would it be possible for a stretch goal to change the playmats into mouse-pad style instead of cardboard?

Any chance of a tier with digital copies of the promos, boards and/or strategy guide?

    47. fastlane on May 9, 2012

no worries there. As I said, we have a perfectly workable solution already and was strictly a nice-to-have. I'm perfectly content with randomizers for the puzzle chips.

    48. David Sirlin 6-time creator on May 9, 2012

The vast majority of players I've asked say they really want puzzle chip randomizers and don't care about character ones. Also, if character randomizers were included, that actually brings the card count up to as many cards that other companies sell as a $10 - $13 product. So that's kind of rough to include to everyone for free. So I'm thinking it's for all the puzzle chips.

    49. fastlane on May 8, 2012

cool. One more question: just puzzle chips, or will there be randomizers for characters too?

It's less of an issue than with the bank, since a lot of the time we play with chosen characters, but sometimes we mix it up and randomize characters. That way people get a chance to see other characters than their favorites, and if more than 1 person wants to play the same character there's a fair way to decide. We currently do this by tossing all the character chips into a bag and take turns blind pulling character chips, but if we have nice randomizer cards (and the added expense isn't too high) it might be a nice extra. Just a thought.
