This project will only be funded if it reaches its goal by Mon, May 27 2019 10:23 PM UTC +00:00.
This is our second Kickstarter but we've been designing and selling pins for almost 3 years now. Check out our Instagram here: Simppins Instagram (feel free to follow us ❤️)
We wanted to do a Kickstarter because I adore the community culture it creates between a store/designer and backers. I want to try out new designs and test their appeal with you too. The goals we reach will gauge enough interest in the design for us to produce it.
Our latest Kickstarter is the Pokedunks Enamel Pin Set. These pins will showcase Nike Dunk shoes with some of my favourite Pokemon. These pins will be gold plating hard enamel.
Early Bird Specials:
- Pledge €17 Early Bird Triple Multipack Reward (limited)
- Pledge €8 Early Bird Single Pin Reward (limited)
This is an opportunity for backers to get a discount by participating in this Kickstarter, support our ideas plus avail discounts and extras bonuses that may be unlocked along the way. You also have the opportunity in the say whether we produce other designs as our stretch goals unlock.
With Kickstarter, you pledge now and pay at the end of the campaign, and only if fully funded. If we do not reach our goal, you will never be charged
Our Bulbasaur enamel pin badges unlock if we reach our funding goal of €200.
Goal Two (Two pins unlocked ✨)
Our Charmander enamel pin badges unlock if we reach €400.
Our Squirtle enamel pin badges unlock if we reach €400.
Our Mew Dunk enamel pin badges are due to unlock if we reach €530.
Goal Four: 🔒
The first pin to capture is our Bulbasaur Pokedunk pin when we reach our funding goal of €200. Squirtle and Charmander will be unlocked as we reach the next stretch goal of €400 (yes two whole pins for our first stretch goal!).
Mew, followed by Mudkip and other secret designs I have made will be unlocked as we get closer to the relevant stretch goals. I have artwork below for the designs.
Our PokeDunk Enamel pins are:
- 1.6 inch
- Hard enamel pins with a gold metal plating.
- SimpPins logo stamped on the back
- Backing card
Breakdown of funds:
PIN MANUFACTURING: 80% of the funds will go towards the production of the pins.
PACKAGING: 10-12% will go into packaging. This covers the mailers and card backings.
KICKSTARTER FEES: The rest goes toward the Kickstarter fees. Kickstarter charges successful projects a fee for credit card transactions and for using their platform.

Risks and challenges
Our pins are produced by a 3rd party manufacturer so delays can happen, but we've crafted a trustworthy relationship over the last 3 years with our manufacturer so I don't expect any issue - but these can happen.
I believe in a fluid communication between us and our backers so if I foresee any issues I will let you know in due time.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
