Sharing a shower shouldn’t have to mean sharing your stuff!
The Shlocker is the first solution for people who would like to leave their personal care products in the shower, yet don’t want to leave their items vulnerable to use or tampering by housemates, roommates, or siblings.
Essentially a shower locker, the Shlocker allows you to store your items securely in the space they were meant to stay in while it eliminates the need to lug things back and forth each time you shower.
Born out of a Need
After years of sharing bathrooms with siblings, college roommates, and then apartment roommates post-grad, we grew frustrated with the notion that the portable shower caddy was the only available means of keeping our personal care products for ourselves.
We chose to bridge the gap between security and convenience
Over a year from inception of the idea, our small, independent team has put countless hours and effort as well as a good amount of personal funds into the design and development of the Shlocker.

Shlock it up!
The Shlocker is designed to be simple. It’s constructed of a durable, non-toxic, BPA-Free plastic and features an easy-to-use, waterproof, 3-number, combination lock.
Holes have been added for drainage and air circulation, but are small enough to not compromise the security of the contents.
On the inside
Designed to fit seamlessly into the existing space, the Shlocker is unobtrusive once installed in the shower. Don’t let the sleek exterior deceive you: the inside of the Shlocker has plenty of space and can hold multiple jumbo-sized products.
Inside each Shlocker is a removable shelf with drainage as well as four larger holes designated for storing razors/toothbrushes/etc. An anti-fog mirror is included on the inside of the door.
Two commercial-grade, twist ’n lock suction cups are included for maximum strength and support. Each suction cup is capable of holding 44 pounds of weight.
The suction cups work on virtually any flat, dry, non-porous surface. Four holes on the back of the Shlocker allow for versatile installation in the case of grout lines.
How we're going to do it
Once funded, we'll immediately commence the tooling process which is expected to take 45 days. Upon approved inspection of the first run, we'll place the first order! Manufacturing and shipping will take up to two months. Once our fulfillment center receives the first order, your Shlocker will be on it's way to you!

While we've got a solid action plan in place, we are also aware that unforeseen challenges can happen. Below, we have detailed potential hiccups.
TOOLING & MANUFACTURING: We have worked hand-in-hand with our manufacturer on the design and prototyping and are confident that we have the right partner. Any delays in this arena are likely to be minimal, and we will keep backers posted if and when they arise.
FULFILLMENT: We've researched common missteps that happen when trying to fulfill large reward shipments generated from super-successful campaigns. So as not to run into this issue, we've confirmed our manufacturer's maximum output capabilities and have a strong understanding of their lead times.
SHIPPING: We have zeroed in on quotes from logistic centers to help ship the Shlockers. The companies we've scoped out are very capable of handling and shipping both domestically and internationally.
We've put a great amount of time, money, and passion into the Shlocker. We're committed to making this available to the world. Whether with good news or setbacks, we will keep you (backers) in the loop and will do everything in our power to get you your Shlocker on schedule!
