Do you have a minute?
Today, it feels like we are busier than ever – and that busyness is addictive.
Even subconsciously, it seems the first breath of air taken is Instagram, and our last is spent scrolling through Facebook. For the ambitious women living a fast-paced life it takes our God-given creativity to fit it all in: but are we making space for God himself?
It is time to step out into the quiet: to switch off the noise and hear from God afresh; to cultivate the foundations of our faith and to grow rooted in God and rooted in community. And Her Collection is designed to help you do just that, to orientate your life and goals around the God who holds them all.
Built on the pieces of a broken marriage and the darkness of depression, the two unique workbooks that begin Her Collection brim with founder Esther Molyneux’s knowledge that God can make beauty from even the most broken of situations. God planted a story as a vision that illustrated the journey of faith and freedom. A story that Esther, the Founder would embark on herself, to help others.
Scattered with Scripture, these visually dynamic and interactive resources are intended to inspire and guide readers as they take stock and cultivate sustainable patterns to a faith driven life.
The story has inspired all the content and creative for ‘Her Collection’, a modern resource carefully crafted to combine God’s Word, self–development and creativity.
The Studio has designed two unique workbooks for female creatives, in search for more. Through the medium of creative and sustainable practices, the mission is to nurture women. The Studio aims to increase knowledge of God and self to empower a faith–driven life. By removing weak self–belief and negative patterns, real confidence can be enjoyed through the validation that only Christ can give. Endless searching can give way to delighted discovery here and now.
And Her Collection is designed to help you do just that, enter a new season of sacred seeking.

Her Field Notes is written in an editorial style, this makes it easy to read and captures Esther’s tone of voice. Readers will notice references from speakers and teachers around the world. Even more, however, I have drawn from the words of the Bible, believing, as I do, that through that Word, God spoke and still speaks. We are wise to listen even more carefully to God’s words than to the most knowledgeable human wisdom. The Studio sought to base all matters like prayer, grace, faith, growth, purpose, values, etc. not on ideas but on what God says about them in His Word. The Studio has chosen Bible translations to suit a contemporary readership. These versions best express in a very fresh, modern way God’s timeless message for us today.
Translations include: The Message, New Living Translation, The Voice, Passion Translation and The Amplified Bible.

This stimulates an authentic change in becoming radically honest with God.
The Studio doesn’t believe in telling you what to think or how to think. However, it does believe in providing the right tools to connect with God and yourself, so it becomes personalised, and deliberate in action. In each of the four parts find, powerful questions, prompts, that will put you further in touch with God, yourself, belief systems, patterns, practices and behaviours. Expand beyond current circumstances, limiting beliefs and unconstructive actions.
Work towards God–given, dreams and desires. As you eliminate old patterns, pave a clear way for freedom. The workbook will ask questions that hold God’s power to propel you forward, with inspired action. Find plenty of questions, prompts and considered imagery to stimulate the mind. There are also, blank pages for prayer, self-directed ideas and intentions, grid–dot pages and room within the visual diary to mood–board.
The Studio has spent a year prototyping and designing Her Collection. With twelve rounds of development and revisions, the creative project finally came to completion in July 2019. Refining the workbooks to the simplest form allows a sharpened focus of spirituality. What set’s the brand apart from other brands it that it’s not a ‘bog-standard’ stationery line. All this inspiration gave me the idea of mixing editorial with God’s Word, design and self-practices to keep things fresh. It isn't dull by any means, everything has to be a little different to keep women inspired to use it every day with purpose.
The writing process was completed with a few months. Directed by God, it all came straight from the soul. It was so easy to write because it was Spirit-led. However, the text is theologically sound and has been reviewed by a theologian. At the heart of everything the Studio does is God. The Studio believes that without Him, our work has no validity, power, or strength. Our approach is always to make things understandable, digestible, and easy to apply.
Natural creativity enriches the mind and soul. It triggers emotions, thoughts and tells a story. The workbooks and content are all intentionally designed to stimulate and add authenticity. It’s our brand stamp, so the brand stands out from the bland.
The Studio has selected mono photography, mainly because it shows a rawness, but also because you have to use your imagination to bring the story behind it alive. Photography within the Collection has been captured or curated to help us explore the spiritual truths of God through beautiful creativity. This process can help women begin to see the beauty in the mundane but to get people thinking creatively. There’s also a school scanned workbook aesthetic which makes things a little fun. However, It’s more than putting photos in alignment with Scripture. The entirety of the book encapsulates its themes and messages through design methods that support the more in-depth exploration of the text. Each individual image can help reveal God’s creativity, mystery and truth and love.
The Studio suggests using the images as a starting point for deeper reflection to connect with God. The practice of using visualisation in spiritual discipline an ancient method dating back as early as the 4th century called Visio Divina—which in Latin means “sacred seeing”. Utilising a mixture of creative practices can help to experience God with a brand new perspective. The Studio is not constrained to using mono exclusively and where possible muted colours are included for a simple colour pallet.
Fonts have been selected for ease of reading and style. The mixture of serif and sans serif capture the brand styling—modern and timeless.

The Studios' Verse/
“It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, he had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose he is working out in everything and everyone.” —Ephesians 1:11-12
The Studios' Statement of Faith/

Risks and challenges
The Studio has been working with an FSC-certified printer to establish the specs, leading to a great relationship of trust. The Studio has also printed a prototype, which has allowed the Studio to make edits to improve the final product.
The main risk and challenge are shipping Her Collection to meet the premium standards of excellence that the products hold, on time. The Studio will provide the best service to get the workbooks to you as quickly as possible. Every so often, a Kickstarter campaign takes off, and demand is high. The Studio has ensured with the printer that they are prepared to take on additional units. However, this could alter the delivery timeline communication will be transparent if this is the case.
Thank you so much in advance for all your support. It is a blessing that the role of the Studio is to serve and support a community. The Studio is grateful to those who want to invest in championing this project.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
