We'll be keeping in touch with all of you through the Flippr Facebook, so go ahead and like our page here. 

You'll be able to see all the latest news and announcements all in one place. We'll announce new products, colors, giveaways and occasionally tell some silly jokes.

SHIPPING UPDATE

After shipping out almost every Flippr, we began to receive emails claiming that the tracking through UPS/FEDEX/USPS was not being updated. 

We looked into this and found that for some inexplicable reason we had almost 50 individual Flipprs lost in shipping. We immediately emailed everyone who was affected by this and have since sent out replacements as necessary. 

IF you still have not received your Flippr and you were part of the December shipping batch please email our team at hello@flippr.com and they will do their best to help you out. As a thank you for being so patient we have added covers to all the delayed Flipprs.

FEBRUARY BACKERS

We have begun to ship out our first Flipprs to some international backers in many countries. Because of the large dimensions of the item it can be very complicated to ship to many countries, so we will be shipping them out in batches that are extremely dependent on geographic locations. Canada might experience some delays but we will do our best to keep you guys updated. So hang tight!

 

Hi Everyone!  

The Flipprs arrived and were distributed to fulfillment centers throughout the US! 

The shipping carrier has already delivered 20% of them - and they're doing the best they could to ensure they deliver the remaining inventory in time for Christmas. 

We've paid additional fees in order to secure overnight delivery on the remaining units. 

However, with logistics around Christmas time, we still need to keep our fingers crossed and hope they deliver on their promise (no pun!).

Lots of anxiety around here, as we have been racking our brains to see what we can do in the event the shipping company doesn't deliver all of them on time. If that's the case, we want to make it a little easier for you to still give something this season. 

So we have put together a holiday gift card you can download and print to let the recipient know their Flippr is on its way! 

Simply print the card on A4 (8.5" x 11") paper and fold for a greeting card style (with the graphic on the front) or simply sent digitally in an email or message. 

 

We've hustled it and finished production and delivery to the warehouse on time. Now all we can do is hope and pray as we rely on the shipping agencies during this busy season. 

We're incredibly grateful to all who have contributed and help us bring this project to life. 

And as always, we are so appreciative of this incredible community that has come together and continues to grow.
