      I'm backer 1.551 (Netherlands) and I received mine a couple of days a go. The tracking code didn't work by the way but it was a short wait after I received the tracking email. Tested it out 2 times so far and it works and looks good. Thanks! I hope everyone will receive theirs shortly

      Yesterday, I got it, but the smell is awful. The whole place smells like burnt plastic.
      What should I do to get rid of that awful smell ironing boards?

      Just received it today, it was sent via Amazon shipping (did not know that such a thing is possible, pretty cool) and once notified i got it delivered just 2 days later.

      The tracking is useless though.

      The Flippr itself is pretty cool, once you understand how everything works, it is amazing and will surely be a time saver.
      Giving it a try the next days.

      I got 2 and gave one to my mother and she looks happy too.

      So actual delivery of pledges took a lot of time but that is alright, every project i backed so far did not deliver in the time frame the pledges stated and it was worth the wait.

      Hi, my tracking information is just Package 1 location: Unknown which doesn't help very much... is the first time I see a delivery like this...

      Flippr support confirmed receiving my return on March 22nd via email and since then has not responded to any of my emails. The product was underwhelming but the process in actually getting my flippr in the first place was even worse. And now I haven't even been able to get refund even after paying for shipping costs to return. Please update me on the status of my refund.

      I received my flippr but the extra cover that came with it does not fit - it's slightly smaller than the blue one that arrived on the flippr. Has anyone else had this issue and can you pls ship a replacement?

      Lol - I assume you mean our willingness to wait (patience) rather than our supply of sick people (patients ) ..... this post talks about a shipment to Europe, I'm in Australia .. what is the status of deliveries , down under ????

      We would like to apologize to all of our backers and supporters for the delay in communication, we truly understand everyone’s frustration. We are working day and night to get everyone’s Flippr shipped out as quickly as possible. At this time we are currently waiting on a shipment of Flippr’s in our Europe Warehouse, this should take no longer than a week or two.

      Once your Flippr is shipped out we will email the tracking information, so there will be no confusion on where your Flippr is. Again, we are truly sorry for any miscommunication on our end we take full responsibility for the lack of communication.

      In the last 6 weeks and anyone had even a single email contact with the Flippr team? there has been no updates or no replies on comments page since the 1st of march ... ??? it would be nice if they just acknowledged that the project has gone off the rails, the product isn't what they promised and they are struggling to deliver ... you need to work with not against your backers .. just sayin' ...

      While this project may be slightly behind, it’s important to remember that Kickstarter is a platform for creative projects and the process of creating something new. This makes backing a project a bit different from ordering something from an online store. We suggest reaching out to the project creator directly ....

      Where is an update on what is going on? and why do you not see how damaging it is not to reply to messages?? I too am waiting for news of my product.
      You are abusing the faith each of us had in this project. We made our pledge. Time to honour your side of the deal, and at least do us all the courtesy of keeping us in the picture.

      My mom likes the flipping feature and where the iron is held. She likes that it is wider than a regular ironing board. She said that perhaps this is more for men than women because of the width of the board. She said the board is to hard and should be more cushioned. She said she would just make her own cushioned cover.

      My mom's using the flippr, she can smell a weird odor like Chris was describing. She also says the arm board things are worthless. It's faster to to the arms straight into the board.

      Just received my Flippr. Was really excited. However, the clamps do not cinch down hard enough to hold cloth down. It all just slips through. The mechanism is very loose. Is there a way to tighten it?

      @Jim - Yes, we will be working on new tutorials very soon. As of now we're working with what we have. As for buttoning and unbuttoning - We found that you don't need to button the shirts at all.

      @Alfred - Yes, we are always improving upon our products. Do you have any ideas on possible improvements?

      I agree with Jim.. the board works great for 50% of the shirt. Sleeves are not considered and flipping the board with a hot iron in that flimsy basket... not cool, not safe. Best ironing board/company on the market is rowenta. Take all the best features of flippr and put it on that board.... then you'll have a winner.
      The shape is great when ironing the whole back of the shirt on the flippr but that's it. It's to flimsy. Needs a little more room and more stability. Tried ironing 4 wrinkled expensive (300$+) linen shirts... after doing one side and flipping... the ironed side gets two indentations from the bottom of board... not cool as 1. All you need is to touch linen and it's wrinkled and 2. If you don't re-iron you'll be walking around with two marks on your back..
      I know kickstarter won't put a star or number rating system but if there was a 1-10... I'd give the idea a 10 but the final product a 6. Back to the drawing board and make a better one please. This one will go to my daughters college dorm.

      This is my first kickstarter backed project that I have been disappointed with.
      The flipper works great for about 50% of the shirt, coincidentally the easiest 50% of ironing a shirt. I find the process of buttoning and un buttoning the shirt onto the flipper to be time consuming and a bit of a hassle when it comes to ironing the rest of the shirt. The boards sharp is not conducive to ironing the shoulders, upper arms, collar, or even the sides. The arm board is a complete waste of time.
      I understand that there is a learning curve to using a new style of board but I gave it 25 shirts and I'm still not the least bit impressed. What could be useful "if I'm missing something" would be a complete tutorial on the best techniques for ironing with the flipper. I've tried different ways but I still find a traditional ironing board to be much more effective when it comes to dress shirts. If you do happen to create a tutorial please use an extremely wrinkled shirt instead of a pre ironed one so you can demonstrate the effectiveness of your product.

      @All - For those in the US we have already shipped almost all of the second batch of Flipprs, for those in the EU and CA there have been some delays. We will be publishing a update explaining all the shipping this coming week!
