Spring is here and summer is fast approaching. For some of us, beach season is a dreadful time. However, it doesn't have to be! Is it hard to lose weight, tone the body, build muscle, and get in shape? I had no idea, so I decided to investigate in a documentary. In 2015, I made a movie called: "I Want Abs: A documentary for regular people who want to get in shape, but don't know how to do it." Yesterday I uploaded my film to YouTube to motivate people to take charge of their fitness for free. It doesn't matter if you're young or old, male or female, 10-100 pounds overweight, you can get into the best shape of your life. What's the secret? There is none. Good program design, consistency, and clean eating will get you there, I promise. It's true, it will take some effort, but guess what, you're worth it! If you start today, you'll be able to wash clothes on you six-pack by June. :-)
A few weeks ago, after getting over 70 emails with pleas to make the new 30-Day Green Smoothie Challenge available for free, I finally caved in. It's now on YouTube for all to see. The 2018 version of the green smoothie challenge offers viewers much more instruction than the previous version. You get access to: easy to follow recipes, detailed shopping lists, and TONS of helpful advice that I've learned of the years.
What is the challenge you ask? The main purpose of a 30-day green smoothie challenge is to get you to take charge of your health in a manageable fashion. Perhaps you're not ready to hit the gym full force. If this is the case, this challenge is a good starting point. The challenge is simple, and straightforward, and requires minimal effort. All you have to do is drink one quart (or liter if you’re in Europe) of freshly made green smoothie everyday for one month in addition to your pre-existing diet. That's right, you can keep eating what you normally eat, just incorporate a smoothie into your diet daily. It’s as easy as that! You don’t even need to plan a far-off start date, you can begin any day you please. I believe that anyone who completes this challenge will feel happier and healthier after a month of regular smoothie consumption. And if you really want to go above and beyond, watch both movies and do both. Spoiler alert, they mesh together seamlessly!
