We finished recording the real narration track last night. This will replace the scratch narration track you heard on the XMas Day Draft Screeners, and the 35 Minute Gary Con Draft. Just for fun, we shot a behind-the-scenes video of the start of the session - where we ask the questions: Should we do 24bit, or 32bit? WAV file? 48khz? -12db or -20db? ...
So many options come up during post production: Should we do all the narration in a Death Metal Cookie Monster Voice?
What do you think?
Special thanks to Dannon our Recording Engineer for the super clean sound, and Ivy our Editor - she became the Voice Over Producer for the night and got to boss Griff around.

Our guy Ryan in Minneapolis spent some quality time indoors last week vectorizing maps and other sundries to make them available for animations. Here he's doing one from First Fantasy Campaign . A short video with dramatic music (part of our score, by Alex Kharlamov)- 20 minutes of work compressed into 20 seconds.
After a successful "Smoke Test" (and we saw no smoke) we've just now sent out all the backer surveys so you can finalize any options (such as t-shirt size and color, DVD or Blu-ray, and double-check your shipping address), as well as add-on anything else you might want to share with friends.
Please check your email and let us know if you didn't get an invite to our Backer Survey.
Meanwhile, the work continues. We've sent the full edit to the composer so he can finish the final elements and timing for the music, we're getting all the element lists together for the animator, and editing the final script so we can hit the recording studio to lay down our narration.
