I think you're perfectly right. The idea of stretch goals is to add new functionning content without delaying the game (too much) at least. And as I see it, our boy Sean already got plenty on his plate !
I want the game out and working as soon as possible ! He can always add some dlc for those who wants more content after working through the original game.
@LifetSavert911 I understand where you are coming from...but I'd rather have less content which is polished, bug-free and completed within a reasonable amount of time. Since the beginning of this project, he's already added four new townsfolk, two new areas, three new structures, an in-game card game, an exclusive house design, twice as many character customizations and a town beautification system. I'm not thinking more is needed...
Hello, all. I'm a backer and I got to say asking for $1,500 and already over $47k, please consider adding whatever the $60k stretch goal will be and maybe even add a couple of features and/or content. I know I'm just a random person on the internet but it would be awesome considering how high the amount is. Anyway, this is just my 2 cents. Thank you and I look forward to the release!
The game looks great. Keep up the good work, and take the time to make something you’ll be proud of.
None of the guys have caught my eye yet (none of them have longer hair which is probably my major drawing point, lol...of the ones there I guess it'd be the guy with the hat with feathers sticking out of it) but the girl with the pointy ears is super cute. I'm not sure why I find her cuter than the others, but there's just something...and it's not all about the ears, either. Maybe it's the little yellow marks on her cheeks that make her extra cute?
I love all of your character designs! Bubsy and Zana are my favorites so far. I like that they aren't traditional humans. I am kind of hoping you will add some more monsterish and animalish characters, it gives it its own flavor. Whatever you do will be awesome!
I am curious what monsters and minions do in a time of peace with the Dark Wizard defeated? Do they live ordinary lives too?
Zana's my fave so far. Reminds me of Undyne from Undertale, which I mean in the most flattering of ways.
@Marco ... I'm sure there will be some "mischievous characters", but there aren't really any enemies as such... we've defeated the Dark Wizard, and now we just get to chill, and rebuild our town! :D
@Sean ... any chance you'll release the names for all the characters in that image? I would love to know who the "Cyborg guy" is... :D
awesome! congrats. is there any evil characters or are all of them straight up good people?
