Further delays for international backers

Hello international backers!

I'm sorry to say, our efforts to bring the second printing games into the EU have been slowed down at customs inspection. Apparently we are missing one legal marking on the game box. Our publishers in Hong Kong are working with our contact at Happyshops and German customs officials to figure out a solution to this problem. We are hopeful that we can come up with a solution which will appease the customs officials without creating too much additional delay for our backers. Our current proposal is an additional label which will be affixed to the game boxes before they are shipped out. Our fingers are crossed that the people in charge will find this acceptable!

Thank you for your continued patience as we make every effort to get those games to you!

I am moving in two weeks but my address is locked. How can I update it?

Any chance they could ship the orders that DON'T include the game? I was just in for the excclusive mini and to get my missing World Book.... No reason for those sort of orders to be delayed?

Let's hope the cellophane isn't removed and that the sticker is applied on top of it as It's not nice to receive an opened box. But for the delay, I think I'm used to it with kickstarter so no worries there. PS I agree that HappyShops is not the best (their packaging is just terrible - most of the stuff I receive from them have some kind of damage) but it looks like the delay is caused by customs and not the fault of HappyShops (assuming this is true ofcourse).

Ah well, that sucks. Hopefully it's not too big of an issue. Thanks for the update!

That is bloody annoying - what changed between the first and second printing? I hope any label used will either be easily removed (without leaving residue), stuck atop the outer cellophane, or otherwise be unobtrusive. Nothing I hate more than such things on my game boxes...

@Jesiah - i've had at least 6 or 8 KS projects delivered via HappyShops and have never had a single problem with them. They have no control over customs requirements.

Disappointing, but not unusual. These things happen.
We'll see how Happyshop handles things.

I guess it needs a sticker saying something like "contains no actual psychedelic compounds". Or maybe "Do not consume the Hand of Doom"?

Happyshops has horrible reviews and is known for extensive delays. I am thinking this is just bullshit on their end to give themselves more time. Starting to lose faith but hope I am wrong.
