You can add additional sets, candles, and extras to your reward at the "Configure Reward" screen.

3. Fill out your post-project survey (after the campaign)

We will collect your shipping information to calculate and charge for shipping. Shipping is not included in the reward pledge amount, however, it is a flat rate.

4. Stay tuned for updates (after the campaign)

Sometimes new options become available during the fulfillment stage, which means we may need additional information from you in order to ship your reward. Be sure to keep an eye on updates from us to stay up to date.

That is a great question, and certainly one that has become more popular with the growth of companies selling the idea that this is a thing. Because there is nothing, we repeat, nothing that is added to a soap to make it for a man or woman, these soaps are for everyone. If you're a woman that likes cedarwood, guess what? These are for you. If you're a man that likes lavender, guess what? These soaps are for you. If you are gender neutral and haven't found a company using polarizing tactics to sell their items to you, guess what? These soaps are for you. We want our customers to feel free to like the fragrances they like.

All of our soaps use the following oil base: Saponified Oils [Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Olea Europaea (Olive) Oil], Aqua (Water), Fragrance (Parfum), Essential oils, oxide colorant and/or clay, Rosmarinus Officinalis L. (Rosemary) Extract. Please refer to the product packaging for the full list, or reach out to us with questions. We're happy to help!

All orders will begin shipping in November of 2023, and we aim to deliver all reward before the Black Friday/Cyber Monday Weekend, i.e. November 24th.

Your card will be charged when the project reaches its funding deadline. If our project does not reach its funding goal, your card is never charged.

Some backers may see a temporary authorization of funds at the time of pledging, before a project has been successfully funded. Authorizations generally drop after a few days, but this process can vary depending on your financial institution. If you notice an authorization that doesn’t drop, we recommend that you contact your bank for more details about their authorization procedure.

Upon your post project survey where your shipping will be paid, please note that you will see "BackerKit" on your credit card statement. This is for the shipping cost as those will be managed through that platform.

We produce all items in house in our Chicago, IL manufacturing facility.

HOW TO USE + PRODUCT CARE

1. How to use: Wet the bar and your skin. Lather up, rinse clean, and repeat as needed!

2. For best results, let your bar dry completely in-between uses.

3. Use a well draining soap dish or shower shelf to prevent your soap from sitting in standing water. Standing water makes soap dissolve quicker when not in use.

4. Keep out of bright sunlight over extended periods to maintain the integrity of the bar.

5. As with all products, if irritation occurs, please discontinue use.

Post project, we will ask you for your shipping address in the post-project survey and collect shipping fees then. Some shipping fees will be collected up front and will count towards your final costs. Estimated shipping rates based on the weight averages:

- USPS First Class International to CA, GB & EU: $28 - 34
- USPS First Class International to AU, JP & the rest of the world: $38 - $46
