Honestly, if the Kickstarter doesn’t fund, Loaded Dice won’t become a reality. If it reaches this goal, though we’d prefer you used Kickstarter, we can readdress this.Last updated:
I’ve seen two different versions of the glasses, those that are kind of clearish and those with the full color graphics. Which is the final version going to look like?
The clearish ones were a prototype we had made. The final version will be the full color versions.Last updated:
In the video you made it sound like drinking and gaming conflict. I always do both at once. Why would I need these glasses?
For those that already combine drinking and gaming, think of Loaded Dice as a tool to enhance that experience! Think of what you can add to your adventures with something like this. Add a whole new dimension to potions, or a whole new level of immersion to having a drink at the tavern. The possibilities are endless!Last updated:
The whole point of dice is that they're random. Loaded dice aren't. Why even bother fighting a dragon when I can just pound beers to get all the 20s I want?
Ever 'taken a 20' on a search check? It doesn't even feel like you put any effort into it. What if you had to EARN that 20 with Loaded Dice?
Imagine finding a magical sword with a nozzle of ever-flowing beer on its pommel. You can increase your attack by up to 6 damage by drinking from the double-shot d6 glass!
Of all the dice that get rolled in your average session of your RPG of choosing, you can't replace them all with liquid intake. You will literally die. Instead, look for creative ways to use these tools! When the story calls for it, CHUG!Last updated:
That’s correct, the glasses are fully microwave and dishwasher safe. As the graphics are professionally printed, they will only fade after years of heavy usage. If you are planning on using them for commercial usage at a food establishment for regular use, they may fade sooner than private use, but you’ll still get some good mileage on them!Last updated:

Why are the numbers numerically down the back? Wouldn't it make more sense for them to be random since that's what dice are?
You are definitely correct. The Loaded Dice isn't really random. It changes the dice mechanic to be more "skill based." We also decided on this design since the numeric order has an elegance and accessibility to it.
However, it is *definitely* the first thing brought up when people look at the project. If this Loaded Dice funds, you can definitely guess that a random variant will be made at some point!Last updated:
