Almost returned because I did not write all the addresses. You did not mention all of my apartment addresses. In the morning, thanks to you, I went to all the post offices near the house. I went to the post office until late at night to get the goods. I already arrived on December 1, but I received information about returning home by December 13th. The box of the object is damaged and the object has arrived with various scratches. Fortunately, there is no problem. You should pay more attention to packaging when sending the product. If not, people will not trust you. The problem is that feedback is very late

However, if you haven't received your package and it is under the"Alert" status, then please pay attention: you need to read and analyze the detailed tracking information carefully. Due to complex description of worldwide shipping providers, we can't auto-detect and determine all the status 100% accurately, hope you understand. We'd advise you to contact the package sender or your shipping carrier for clarification.
Hi Vincent, indeed - the positioning of SCOUTEE Smart Radar Gun is crucial, as with any other radar gun on the market. If SCOUTEE is not aligned properly with the path of the moving target, the measured speed is slightly lower than actual speed. This phenomena is called the Cosine Effect - the greater the angle the greater the speed error and the lower the measured speed. So, whenever you perform measurements with SCOUTEE, try to place it as close to being directly in line with the path of the ball as possible. By the way, your video looks great, we're very glad that you like the SCOUTEE solution!
Working nicely, I think I misplaced the radar though, it was not aligned very much with the pitch trajectory but speed was still recorded. Is it changing speed if not properly aligned? Thank you :

We checked with our shipping partner, and they confirmed that all packages have definitely already left our country and are on their way (in transit). Use the tracking information you received to learn about the status of the shipment, we'll check the status regularly as well. Please note that the devices have been shipped from Europe, so it might take a bit longer for them to arrive to certain destinations. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Anyone having trouble with shipping?
The units were given to the shipper on Nov/4.
But according to the tracking number, My unit was not accepted/processed by the shipper until Nov/14.
As of today Nov/18 it has not even left the country of Origin...Impressive
1. No problem connecting like other people are having... maybe they are not using a proper IOS/Android version? I'm using Nexus 6p with 7.0... worked flawlessly
2. I used this hanging on the backstop while my 12 year old pitched. It captured most of the pitches.. I adjusted it a bit placing it in different heights and angles, and a found a pretty good sweet spot... about 4 ft off center, head height, probably captured 9/10 pitches there.
3. Don't know if lighting really matters but it was dusk and losing light... still seemed to capture the pitches pretty well. Better lighting probably would have done better.
Really happy with it... Can't wait to use it during winter workouts.
A couple things I would change
1. The button is far too stiff, you'll have no problem unintentionally turning it off. Not a huge issue though
2. When recording pitches, type and location, I wish it had an option of just recording the next pitch without pressing "go"
3. didn't really investigate the video part of it. Would be nice if it compressed the video, or do I set that via the camera settings? No biggie though..
