Can machines create art?
Machines Upon Every Flower is a book featuring artwork and poetry created by Artificial Intelligence.
By feeding a single word into Deep Gimble A.I., a poem is generated. These poems are then read by another Artificial Intelligence which produces artworks in response.
The result is an art book leading us to consider the artistic merit and creative potential of Artificial Intelligence, while pushing boundaries of established theory and practice.

Risks and challenges
Will literary and creative jobs increasingly be performed by A.I.?
One of the first of its kind, this art book puts into question the place Artificial Intelligence will occupy in publishing, literary and visual arts - as well as displacement of creative jobs.
Creativity has been thought to be untouchable by Machines and promised as safe from the reach of Artificial Intelligence.
We have chosen the Kickstarter platform to launch this book as a way to reach others interested in the future of A.I. and how it will affect humanity. If you also question the integration of Artificial Intelligence in the arts, and would like to support the publication of this book, please share!
Anteism has been producing and publishing art books for over 13 years. We have produced books for organizations such as Sony, Bombardier, International contemporary art galleries such as the Hole, NY and musicians such as Solange.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
