      there's a problem with both Android and iOs apps: they simply don't work (the SBrick is very slow in moving after I give it a issue)
      Can You resolve it making a less-lag app or firmware update(s)?

      Sorry for the dealy, we sent you a new SBrick by FedEx a few days ago. Certainly you should have received already.

      The post office is returned us few Volvo set. (2 from Denmark, 2 from Sweden, 1 from Norway)
      Everyone else in Europe and America have already received their Volvo sets.

      Rasmus,, I contacted sbrick at this mail: (If you haven't already done that) .. and they found out that the postman or courier was returning my set to SBrick.... I don't know why? ... now sbrick will try send it again.... I'm from Denmark too..
      so maybe it is the same problem you have.... have you got a tracking number for your set?

      Hi. I know you have been shipping the Volvo L350F set. but I haven't received it yet, But then i think, did you send it with a tracking number, or as a normal postage? :) I from Denmark too :)

      But anyway, keep up the good Work, the app and sbrick is working just fantastic :)

      I have my Volvo kit, my SBrick, and the requisite connector cable. Android version 0.8 of the app does not work on my Samsung Galaxy S5, but I can use the "test app" to tinker. Can't wait to be able to use joysticks to move this thing around...

      Today I got my Volvo delivered (being located in Germany). Now i just need some spare time to start... :) And to find those instructions for building it with the Sbric... Seems like I need some extra parts instead of getting those too: Pledge description: "you’ll get the latest model with everything you need to make it extra-special. We will even sign it for you!" Any idea where to find the instructions?

      I'm sorry but I'm sick of hearing "you will receive in %insert a random time frame here%" type of crap. If I'm going to receive it in, say, 6 weeks that's fine; it's not a life and death issue. But say that once and confirmed! Don't say every week that I'll receive it soon. I hate being told something that never happens.

      We weren't planning the Volvo pledge like this, but we encountered many unexpected difficulties. Now the situation is as follows:
      Everyone in Europe, USA and Canada gets their volvo set within a few weeks, but unfortunately, we haven’t found reasonable solution for the other countries so we offer other alternatives. We are not proud of this, but unfortunately we could not find a better solution.

      If shipping via UK is too expensive, there are local Lego stores or partners located in "the others"* countries too, couldn't some sort of arrangement be made via Lego to supply those few sets? Alternatively, there is Amazon.... *(Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, South Africa, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Australia)

      The Hungarian post says:

      Can someone help me receive an original SBrick? I promised it to a good friend's son for Christmas.

      Well, i am not disappointed: i thought things will go worse and actually you were able to exceed expectations: no Volvo, no tracking number, no communication.

      What absolute deplorable service. Delays and then decide you won't ship because shipping is too expensive???? Wasn't that your responsibility to research before you offered the service? And then you offer a partial refund only. Customers did not ask for you to send the sbrick associated with this earlier than the set, thus leaving the customer with an item they didn't want. The appropriate thing would be to either offer a full refund or honour the original agreement.

      A few people already received their Volvo SETs in USA, the others (in USA and Canada) will get an e-mail about their Tracking Numbers and shipping informations soon. (is expected next week)

      The Volvo SETs arrived to Europe today! Tomorrow we will pack them, and next monday we start the shipping!

      The others, (in Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, South Africa, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Australia) will get more information tomorrow afternoon.

      We start the Volvo shipping this week. If you live in Canada or United States then you will get an e-mail about your tracking number and shipping status in the next few days.

      Do you live in Europe? Don't worry! The Volvos are the way to us. If we receive them (hopefully in the next few days) we start the packaging and send them as soon as possible.

      If you live in: Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, South Africa, New Zealand, Hong Kong or Australia, you will get more information next week.

      Hi guys,

      You are not the only one being angry here. I have been angry and not I gave up. I have 2 sBricks and no 42009 plans to get them in. I have sent them 5-6 messages from middle of project and until now and no smart answer and a lot of : will be soon, please wait.

      They are showing just cars and trains but no other good projects like volvo or cranes being finished. Also there is no support for them on iOS App - it is for volvo but not for 42009.

      I was very excited when I backed up the project but now I am unhappy for doing it so.

      Since I have some experience in developing electronic stuff from 0 to final state, I can see that amount of money they get might be the problem because it is too low for supporting a big team - presented on web site and to make all molds, PCBs and order 80+ sets of Volvo.

      I just hope that team is still intact since response time is 0! and there is no real progress seen.

      I will start building my 42009 with 42009 Ultimate plans which are free online and are FINISHED already! and all is listed what is missing and will not wait for creator response anymore.

      I can accept that there were production issues with the SmartBrick and I was happy to wait a bit longer to get the properly finished product, so that's not an issue for me. However, the Volvo kit is a standard Lego product and therefore there should not have been any delay with sending these out.

      If you can't send out 80 of the Volvos then how on earth were you expecting to be able to send out 500 if this option was fully backed? I'm happy to be supportive, after all that's why I backed the project, and I'm also happy to be patient to a reasonable extent, but I'm afraid that my patience is now being stretched.

      Your apologies are appreciated, but are starting to sound a bit hollow when we are not being told what is going on and why the Volvos have not yet shipped, especially when you promised an email two days ago that has failed to appear.

      If there is still no shipping date for the Volvo kits when they are readily available from other suppliers then we need honest communication from you about what is going, whether you can actually fulfil the Volvo orders or not and, if you can, how much longer we are going to be expected to wait.

      6 days ago, you asked us to be patient below. Please bear in mind, we have been patient. It was promised for November, which was missed, then, you missed Christmas and it is now the end of January.

      I count that there are 68 of them available on…. I'm pretty sure you can find a bunch more at,,, etc. So, what exactly is the hold up again?

      The project was successfully funded on 13/Aug/2014.
      4 months and 1 week ago.
      You knew very well you need 80 of LEGO 42030S kits.
      You did not do anything about it until November (3 months). (What kind of business plan is it anyway?)
      Not so surprisingly, the kit was not promptly available in that amount.

      The last date, given by you guys, was 15/Jan/2015, five days ago.

      We received 0 new updates. It is really disappointing.
      There is a good rule i use in business: deliver bad news as soon as possible. The latter the bad news arrive the bigger the frustration and disappointment.

      When can we expect to receive the Volvo L350F kits? (implying it will be shipped at all...)
      When will you consider this project task failed and issue a partial refund (GBP 151)?

      I recieved the SBrick and it's very cool, but there's a problem with the android app: when I click on a driving profile, it closes the app and sends a rapport to the Play Store

      We don't create SBrick with more ports, but you can use more SBricks (maximum 16) at the same time with one remote control, so more SBricks mean more functionalities (more ports). Another advantage is that the more SBricks can be located in different places on the board, so you can use less cables.

      Hi guys would it be an idea to create an SBrick with more ports? (With only on/off functionallity? I'm working on my winter village (with carnival lego and custom made lego LED lanterns, and am electrifying my train switches, in those cases that would save me a lot of (to advanced for it's purpose) SBbricks.
