Have a question?
Most likely after GenCon. :)
A month later, any update for backers?
Well, at least it sounds like you're being very honest about the situation.
So, print copies? Is this ever going to be fulfilled, or have you just stopped working on this project now that the PDF is finished?
So, is this dead? Nothing at all for months...
Would love an update on this one!
Thanks for your patience with the silence recently. We've got an update coming tomorrow about the print copies. Stay tuned.
Looking for an update regarding print copies, excited to play!
Last update in July following review of first proof print copy, but no news since. Could we please have an update regarding the status of the print copies?
Hi, any news on the status for printed copies or when we should expect the survey to come out for addresses?
@Matthew - We're getting the file files sorted and then we'll be ordering a proof through DTRPG. As soon as we've got a good copy, we'll get everything out to the backers.
Any word on print copies?
Happy new year! What's the news?
Any updates?? Excited to hear about the progress on this.
I hope you are all alive and well.
Apologies for the delay! Look for a comprehensive update (with good news!!) later this week. =)
Perhaps...an update please?
Any updates on this? :)
Update coming later this week. Life outside of running this project has been... hectic, to say the least. No bad news on the horizon, though, which is always good to be able to say.
So what's the latest?
Any more updates?
@Rowdy - Quite a bit! We've go art and layout working right now and are in the process of putting together a revamped productions schedule. We should have a new update soon.
Anything going on here???
Hi there, target date has passed, any update?
Many thanks for the holiday update. Way too many Kickstarters fail to update even monthly. Looking forward to a great game!
No worries. Thanks for getting back so fast.
@Ernest - Sadly, the projected date for completion, even on the reward tiers, is January 2016. I'll be posting a more comprehensive update tomorrow, but I'm afraid a holiday delivery is a long shot.
I hate to be a bother, but was hoping to get my copy by the end of November for my lady's b-day. Is that reasonable, or should I start shopping? How about Christmas?
@Kyla - Everything is still proceeding. The text is being worked on and should be final soon!
The anticipations is killing me. Any updates?
post-GenCon: anxiously awaiting an update! ;-)
EDIT: three months since the project funded; almost two months since the last update or even a short post in the comments section. Pretty please?
Yes, an update would be much appreciated. It's been three months since the project funded, and we've heard not so much as a peep. Please?
Release the hordes!
Woo! Congrats, all!
@Wayne - Thanks so much!
Really looking forward to seeing the end product and happily shilled on my blog and Twitter feed at https://highaltitudegamedesign.wordpress.com/!
@Steve - As of now, the interior is planned to be purely Black & White. We're looking into the cost of spot color, and if we can afford it in this budget, we'll go that route.
Also, a playbook sample is coming soon. Just going through final edits on it now. =)
Hi Tracy- when you say its black and white interior, does that mean we'll lose the splashes of red in the sample art? Or is it effectively tri-colour- black and white and red? Thx.
Less than $400 to go in 5 days. We need to hit some stretch goals!
Allllmost there.... come on.... *impatient wriggles*
How could I not support a game by women for women.
@Steve - Added some FAQs to the page to address your questions. Also, the final length of the book will be about 22,000 words, which with art, will make for a book of about 116 or so pages at 6x9.
...And backed. I had an absolute blast (too soon?) playing this at Dreamation. Elsa, thank you very very much for fixing my primary problem with Apocalypse World mechanics by introducing opposed die rolls for PvP actions. I look forward to seeing the finished product.
Some further questions for Elsa & Tracy- you mention 17,000 words are completed, which is roughly 40-60 pages long. How long and in what format do you expect the final book to be?
