Have not received DVD to date. Thank You

    2. Tom Diffley on May 20, 2013

Received the DVD and watched over the weekend - outstanding, especially the Gettysburg Address scene (thanks for including the whole Address - so many other filmmakers use a couple of lines then move on) - it was stirring to hear Lincoln/Tom Amandes' address. Looking forward to the Honor Roll going up on your site - glad to have helped with your work.

So looking forward to the DVD and script book - thanks for keeping us informed of your progress!!

      Hi Salvador!
I know the feeling. I had an order of DVD's arrive with someone elses cover art.... Ya' know.... I try to be a nice person but a mistake like that.. when we were supposed to deliver TOMORROW brings out the Black Bulldawg in me.... LOL
Looking forward to the DVD, already have the dinner and drinks planned to watch it with my friends.
      Keep it up!

      Hi Robert,

Thanks for your patience. The only hangup on the DVD right now is some font stuff that's displaying incorrectly on the Civil War Photo Gallery. We had to send back for corrections. As soon as we get that sorted, and we approve the final check disk, we'll send out for manufacture. So sorry for the delay.

Excellent question regarding Roku - we are working on that right now. Stay tuned...

    8. Delena Richardson on February 23, 2013

I just have one, quick question. Is there any chance of this film coming to Roku? Thank you...

    9. Salvador Litvak Creator on February 8, 2013

Noell, thanks so much! We would love to come to Columbus, and there may soon be a way to make that happen from your end - stay tuned. We're also looking into shirts and hats... but right now we're focused on the release.

    10. Noell Everhart on February 8, 2013

Cafepress is a place that tee shirts can be made. They do hats and about every thing else. I am not sure how it works but I think it's an as need basis. I saw a picture of folks with postcards and posters. I know that the film is not coming to Columbus, Ohio at this point but I'd be happy to try to get those out and maybe get interest in the dvd if that appeals.

Thanks for asking, Kevin. We'll soon have an online store attached to

    12. Kevin Bohn on January 30, 2013

Now, I'm sure the work begins.
When and where may I purchase a copy of the BlueRay?
      Again, my best wishes!

Noell, we don't have the t-shirts yet, but we love the idea, and we're working on the design!

    14. Noell Everhart on January 28, 2013

Are there tee shirts or hats with the film name on it? I would be happy to purchase and wear one. I am kinda know for my tees.

I went to see a special screening of this film last night. My inner history nerd was giddy with delight at how innovative this film is. For anyone sitting on the fence whether to help this project reach as many people as possible I strongly recommend you back them! As a history teacher, I hope that you are able to achieve your goal of implementing the educational version. I think this type of film would be an effective tool for bringing history to life for students.

A shout out to the Armory Band for their part providing music...wish I could have made it myself!

    16. Carrie Ross Kelly on January 23, 2013

Yay! A showing in Boulder, CO! Can't wait!! Your film looks amazing- so innovative!

Topher, I love the enthusiasm! I'm not sure if we can do what you're suggesting, but I'm looking into it...

I tried to contribute $25 to 'Saving Lincoln', but the e mail I received said I'd contributed to 'Pictures From The Fringe'. Can someone explain this?

Hello, I don't know what I'm more interested in, looking at this new angle to Lincoln (the bodyguard) or the technical use of the photographs. I signed up fro A Blu-Ray & digital copy. I would have liked to have pledged more but that's what finances could spare at the moment before the kick starter closes.

I am inquiring as to some way to go to the premire in LA. To start I realize there are allocated tickets and after party access as part of higher for well earned and part of compensation for higher money donated. This I get and support.

Thus my question is more of pure access. I live in OC, just 40 minutes south of LA and would like to attend he premire. I'm wiling to pay a movie ticket to go for myself and my fiancee happily and sit in the regular audience. Let those that paid more be apply rewarded. Nice seats behind ropes, pictures with everyone, access to the after part, etc. they earned it. I just want to see the move that night with my fiancee and be able to watch all the fun and excitement that happens at the theater. That's all.

I'm asking because with over 500 backers I can't be the only one that's driving distance from LA that's willing to pay to see it that night. I don't know what venue it is being held at, but in some way this could in theory even help by ensuring that all the seats would be full that night.

Again let the higher paid people enjoy what they paid for, that's completely fair. I"m only asking about getting into the theater and watching it then leaving the theater which, I'm hoping, wouldn't infringe on the due extras that several people deserve.

I am very excited about this film! Even though I know I'm entitled to all the cool swag, please only send me the DVD. Reinvest the postage and copying money back into the project. Or, send my copy of the script to more backers! Let me know when you'll be in NYC!

Hi, Mrs. Campbell. At this time there is not another way to get tickets to the Premiere, as that would be unfair to the folks who are supporting us so generously at that level. It's shaping up to be a pretty tough ticket as so many requests come in, but we're going to try to create some opportunities, so stay tuned...

    24. Mrs_Campbell on January 16, 2013

Happy to see you've met the initial goal! Is there any way to get tickets for the LA Premier beyond the perk?

    25. John Casteele on January 14, 2013

Congratulations on meeting your funding goal. Looks like a very interesting film.
