PS. 4,100 Coolest Coolers in Orange and Green produced this week, and scheduled to ship out this Sunday. This means we are officially (slightly) ahead of schedule for the $97 option. Woohoo!

Have brought my Coolest cooler to a number of concerts this summer (Jimmy Buffet, Darius Rucker,++) I have had more people come up to me and ask about the cooler!!! Many have taken the web address and code from the cooler!!! Love telling people about the aspects of the cooler! Think if I had a dozen or more could have sold them at the Buffett show!!

I have tried NUMEROUS times to get your people to send me updates to MY CORRECT email address- but once again I was left out. I just got back from the beach and counted at least 12 YETI Coolers on the beach- while I have been waiting on my Coolest for almost 2 year!! I have offered to pay the additional money to have the GUARANTEE that I would have it by July the 4th but NO ONE will take my money or return my messages. BUY A YETI FOLKS! I am a patient person but the customer service here is ridiculous. You can't even get an email address right!

@Drew - assuming he is being honest about 4100 produced. He wouldn't likely send tracking until those units sail across the Pacific to Portland from China and then get processed for distribution. So probably a few weeks away from anyone getting tracking numbers at the earliest.

Mitchell, Ryan clearly stated in February that he had run out of money and NO COOLERS would be produced until he found an alternative funding source. Then on May 5 (only 19 days ago- 2 1/2weeks) Ryan stated that production was starting up again.
According to Ryan's earlier updates, it takes 5weeks to transport coolers from China, add a few days at customs, and then add about 1/2 a week to put it together at his warehouse. That's 6 weeks (if things go smoothly) to have a cooler created and ready for shipping.
My question to you Mitchell, where did these coolers appear from? Ryan must have a bundle of them stashed away somewhere.

Just so everyone knows. Ryan is now selling these coolers on his website. He promises shipping within 24 hours. They started selling on his website immediately after the production lines were opened. He has the coolers, he just wanted to con more people out of even more money. Accept the fact everyone, if you didn't pay the extra $97 you will never get your cooler. There will never be profits from this crook of a company as Ryan will spend every last dime on himself and his team. You can file a complaint with the Oregon department of justice for Ryan selling items to others before fulfilling backer orders, scamming people out of another $97 and then giving the coolest away for free as a promotion at a trade show he is attending. 30,000 people don't have coolers and he is raffling them off for free.

I piad $185 dollars plus the extra battery over 2 years ago. I was told I was in the first round of production but I'm then told I can pay an additional $97 to get it by July. Why in the hell would I pay you more money when I have seen nothing from the $185 I have already given you. I can go on amazon and buy one for $399 and it would be in my house in 2 days. I get we were backing a new product but this is ridiculous.

I am one of the International backers, for some reason it would seem that we are at the back of the list when it comes to getting the Coolest. In the interests of being fair and communicating with your overseas backers can you confirm how many you have actually produced, shipped to USA, shipped to International and how many orders you still need to process for both USA and International ? So far it would appear you have only shipped to the USA and the only email we have had was to say we were not included in the batch for the week of the 24th April and we are still waiting for more information. International backers also paid $100 more for their Coolest so please can you send out an update for all the Internationals out there who still do not have the product they backed. Regards.

Can you please update the funding graphic? Per US Customs and Border Protection, 39,661 coolers were on US soil as of 5/18/2016. That would mean that you sold 20,000 to Amazon at, what, $250 per unit? And you collected another $1M for the July 4 option. That's a total of $19,000,000 and, after the July 4 production run, you will have produced 50,000 units? And you're still out of money?

As a fellow entrepreneur and business builder I know this world and you need to be able to pivot when the going gets tough. Right now you need to deliver .... How you do that is sell 20% of your company to an investor on a crowd funding site - get the money you need to deliver on all of the backers that are losing their mind over this shit show and put it behind you. Don't try to SELL COOLERS TO RAISE THE MONEY - people who backed your deserve it before someone just cruising thru Amazon. If money is what you need - build a pitch deck and sell a portion of your company and get money in the door.
And just limit the updates until you actually have positive updates - not that someone got in a car accident.

Used the Coolest for first last weekend for a beach trip. Had to share margaritas with fellow vacationers. Works great. One suggestion, redesign wheel clearance. Dragging across beach turned the coolest into a plow. Otherwise the music, margaritas, sand = perfect weekend.

Thank God everyone is ok however a 10 pound of potatoes probably would have worked. Ordered 4 coolers in July 2014 and refuse to pay another $400 to expedite shipping on a promised item or in my case items.
