Rock Vibe at MESA Day in Santa Cruz

Posted by Rupinder Dhillon (Creator)

On Saturday, March 3rd, Rock Vibe (aka Rupa, a computer, and electronics) will be at MESA Day at UC Santa Cruz. The MESA program encourages young students to focus on and take interest in STEM subjects. It's a great program!

During MESA day, I'll be giving a small speech to middle school and high school students, and Rock Vibe will most likely have a spot in the fair! What will I be showing at the fair? There'll be a glimpse of what's inside the Rock Vibe wearable, and I'll be showing how I went from prebuilt prototyping equipment (isn't that a fun phrase) to my own design. Depending on the setup of the location and my progress with programming, there might also be a demonstration of the game. All in all, it'll be a great day in Santa Cruz, one of the most beautiful cities in the country, with some of the greatest kids on the planet.

In the meantime, progress continues and new parts are being ordered!

Thanks for being a part of Rock Vibe!
