Come and Get It (a puzzle in Liverpool)
It's time for the next puzzle in the Year of Puzzles, set in Liverpool, on the long and winding road toward the metapuzzles at the end. It won't be long before you get to save the world of puzzling. This puzzle's also a tribute puzzle to The Beatles. You can read a little bit more about that on the Puzzazz blog: http://www.puzzazz.com/blog/eight-days-a-week-liverpool-puzzle
The puzzle itself is an an acrostic with a twist by Roy Leban, delivered from us to you, and we think you'll like how well acrostic puzzles work in Puzzazz. And, as always, your goal is to find the word at the end of the puzzle.
If you're solving in Puzzazz, we recommend that you update to the latest version of the Puzzazz app (3.3). You don't have to, but the experience will be a bit nicer if you do. If you're solving on paper, go to http://www.puzzazz.com/yearofpuzzles to download the latest PDF file.
The Flat Puzzles
We also have a quick update on the "flat" puzzles for backers at the Thinker level and above. By now, we had expected they would be on their way to you, but we have run into a problem getting them printed. We had a printer lined up that we'd worked with before, and who has done great work. But, apparently, they felt part of the printing was too complicated, so they backed out. They referred us to another printer, who isn't able to print them either. So, we're searching for a printer again, and we're still hoping we can get get them printed locally, in the Seattle area.
