Hi, my name is Roman Atwood and I have a beautiful family that I vlog about every day on my YouTube channel.
I value my time with my family more than anything - I am thankful for every moment I get to spend with them. For years, we have been playing this game that we came up with this game as a family, and the inspiration goes back to my father's childhood. He and his brother would use wooden dominoes to stack and attack towers, and the last man standing won. We’ve taken this and made it into a game for your family.
In conjunction with Studio71, we worked with Justin Gary to make our cherished family game more accessible to a wider audience - and we are calling it War & Pieces. The best part is the stackers in the game are manufactured by my brother Dale.
Now you can have this game in your own home, as a two-player version, or four-player family version. My only hope is that you guys will have as much fun playing the game with your family as we have when we play this together at home.
Risks and challenges
In developing the game we have been obsessive with the details throughout designing, prototyping, and planning for production so we can get the game to families by the holidays. Unfortunately, there is always the chance that things can go wrong.
In the event that there are any changes, whether it's a delay in the manufacturing timeline, shipping date, or something else, we promise to communicate honestly with you and work around the clock until we correct the issue.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
