This is the Kickstarter I am most happy to have backed. Seriously love this game, its always one of the first I'm asked to put on when I have my nephews over (Amongst the likes of Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros, and a host of other local multiplayer games I've gotten on PC!).
Watching your dev streams and seeing Alix learning to code really helped inspire me to finally learn myself. I've drawn all my life, and always wanted to bring my art into a game. I've been all over the internet learning some C# and Unity, and am having a great time doing so.
So thanks! Hope to see a sequel to this game sometime down the road!

Are you adding lan/online at any point? Its the main reason i wanted to play this so it feels a shame Ive barely touched the game without it.
I imagine with the popularity of risk of rain etc the online would sell more copys.

Does F1 crash the game with someone else too? Even set it to screenshot will crash it and also in the start screen, or did I miss a feature for boss key by pressing F1?

Also... the other day just popped a friggin minotaur when I broke the first crate I found on level 1... OMG! That was pretty random and funny, a HUGE minotaur inside a tiny crate. :D
Don't know how are you going to handle on the classes features but it would be cool that you could select them and customize the colours of your character when you go into the tavern's bathroom... it's a pain in the ass when you play with someone and he/she keeps entering the bathroom until some cool random combination comes out and pleases the other player.

This may be a dumb question... But is downloading the beta via Humble Bundle the best way to have the most up to date client for beta testing? Will we need to just download it again as updates roll out? Thanks!
Just wanted to let you guys know that I have been happily playing LoD by myself for the past few months, but only just recently got to play it with my brother sitting right next to me. The game was so much fun to play with him, showing him all the cool stuff, warning him about this and that, and even running into monsters I had never faced before! Was such a blast I can't wait to have him over to play again! Thanks for making this game!

Will and Paradiso, we have unfortunately run into some trouble with the android versions. It's looking like we'll need to make some major modifications before it will run on those devices.
So we are waiting till we finish the game and its out of Beta. This way we'll have a completed, optimized, bug free version to start modifying for Android and Ouya.
Is LOD on the Ouya yet? I just got mine in the mail.

We had no idea that our posters would cost money to receive, we have never sent things through customs before so we had no idea it would happen, We'll figure something out.
received my posters, got stung £15 for customs though as the value of contents was marked as $40! this is after adding an extra $5 for shipping to my $20 backing, the customs charges mean that I have paid basically double the amount I would have :(

And I just remembered about the bug tracker site and see that that bug has already been reported...
I found a potential bug in Alpha Hell Bat. I had two zombie hands on my face and polymorphed one of them into a mummy. After killing said mummy and the second hand, my movement speed was still the speed as if I had a zombie on my face. Have not had the chance to repeat this.
Here at RLK that's a question we ask ourselves often.
Humans don't have a good framework for even beginning to understand love. And it something we need to figure out pretty badly. We only got a good start on the understanding of what humor is just recently: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theories_of_humor#Benign_Violation_Theory
While we don't know if current robots love, there is also nothing contradicting it as a possibility, given we do not understand love. Even so, I think someday an intelligence that we create will be capable of love, and perhaps even other better emotions that humans can not feel. Perhaps there is something bigger and deeper then love that we can not comprehend. Maybe someday, in the near future, human intelligence will give birth to a new intelligence that can explore such concepts.
That's probably more of an answer then you were expecting... but as I said, it's something we've given a lot of thought to. :D
And I've always been wondering. Does the robot truly love the kitty? I didn't know robots could love.
Mongolian, some of that kind of change will start in the next update. Some monsters will start to drop items.
Maybe this is me being overly hygienic but, I always feel awkward finding loot on the ground. Meanwhile, I hack through boxes to get gold. How about a bigger box/treasure chest for loot instead of finding it on the ground?
Alan, We intend to do a sequel with the features we talked about... but probably some time after two other planned games.
@robotloveskitty was that comment about those extras features in a sequel legit? I would at least love to get that online play in this, even if its a bit later than launch, as thanks for getting way over the initial goal.
