Roblella was created by Petronilo Puche his son, Javier Puche, who grew up in barrels, wine tanks, cooperage and unmistakable aromas.
In 2013, Javier Puche began thinking about how to bring this experience to people, avoiding the huge containers impossible to install in home or small-sized business. This made, with his father, inquiring about progress in the area of raising fermented beverages and distilled spirits. Due to this investigation, they verified that, if the contact surface of the wood with the liquid gets increased, the contribution of aromas, flavors and colors, get accelerated considerably and pleasantly. The size was important because, so it had to be easy to handle and maintain, reusable, keep cool the drink, fit in the refrigerator or dig and also it must be able to served directly to the table.
Then, around 2014, they began to create Roblella, an exclusive and premium oak bottle.
We collaborate with professionals with national recognition, such as Dr. María Encarna Gomez Plaza, professor at the department of food, nutrition and technology at the Murcia University and also, wine specialist.
We work continually in search of improving our product.
We decided to set our project on Kickstarter because we are a small and family company which, after a long and hard period of work, needs financial support to continue working and manufacturing our artisan premium oak bottle Roblella.
