For those who picked the special edition reward.
We have some bad news.
We received the plushes and it was only 450 count when we needed close to 850.
The quality didn’t improve even if we asked for revisions from the factory.
The worst of all, the factory rep has disappeared and we can’t contact anyone at it. They don’t answer emails, calls or messages.
This came after we paid the second half of the invoice for the the plush toys.
I have a feeling they have taken the money and run.
So for those who have special edition I have a couple of questions.
Would you be ok if we replace the plush with some other goodie or credit on our website? Or would you prefer to wait a month or so more for us to try to get other factory (in another country) to make us a new full batch of plush toys? (I would pay this out of my pocket).
If you are ok with no plush toy, and credit we would start shipping all rewards next Friday.
If you want the plush toy probably the first week of December if all goes well.
For the regular edition backers. We will start shipping next Friday.
