Thank you for this clear and more detailed update. I have pestered via email and twitter for some time for information on these items and was growing increasingly frustrated with your lack of communication. While that's still a sore point, I appreciate this as a step in the right direction and it would be rude not to acknowledge it as such.
@Chris Walker: Thanks for your patience – we wanted to update everyone at the same time, although this update is about a month late (due to lots & lots of unforeseen events). We totally understand the frustration; there were things we had to figure out before we could provide everyone with a detailed update and firm timeline. Thanks again for your support!
@Samantha Vick: Unfortunately, no. HOWEVER: once we've shipped all the boxes, we might be able to offer some for sale. Keep an eye out for that!

@Lukas Daniel Klausner: TLJ Home not currently part of our future plans, but IF we ever do it, we'd probably have to do another Kickstarter...and we don't want to do another Kickstarter until we've delivered everything and closed the door on this one.

How do the "the extra outfits and hairstyles" work? I understand entering my forum badge key into the Settings, but how do I access/choose the new outfits?
As someone at the Shifter tier, seeing this update is a huge relief. I was really starting to think we had been forgotten due to the lack of responses, both here and on the forums/social media.
While I'd probably be interested in a Switch version someday (SOMEDAY), please just focus on finishing up this project before yet another port. I think Unity has performance issues with the Switch still anyway, judging by other games struggling to make it over.
I'm also trying to access the extra outfits and hairstyles. I pledged at the $250 tier, so I should be eligible to receive them. However, whenever I try to enter/paste the forum badge key in the redeem key space, I receive the message, "Failed to redeem key; please make sure key is valid." Is there any way I could get a new key?
Still no courage to speak of the promised french voices I guess?
Is there any way to access the new Arcadia outfit in Arcadia?

@burnsflipper: Ahhh, we may have forgotten to tell people HOW to change their outfits...yes. You need to visit the wardrobe in Zoë's apartment to do so.

Are you already done with all Journeyman Editions or did the delivery stopped in the middle? (Because I'm one of them but didn't receive the game yet, but set up bakerkit years ago.)
I finally played the game (Final Cut version) this week, after a loooong wait to get the best possible version. Sadly I was disappointed both by the relative lack of interactivity in the game, but moreso by the lack of response from the team. After finding a typo in one of the first character descriptions on the character screen: It contained a line about a "priced prisoner" instead of "prized prisoner". There was also another small bug in the prison which I've since forgotten.
In any case, I tried posting on the Red Thread forums, but was unable to create an account and unable to find a way to alert you to that fact. I ended up tweeting Red Thread, but got no response. So that soured my mood.
I would throw all my arens at the screen if you guys decided to go ahead and kickstart TLJ: Home. Just saying. No pressure. Do it.
ACHIEVED! German and French language support, along with additional dialogue!

@Nay Rolph: The game contains both French and German subtitles, along with German voices. The game was expanded to include more than twice the amount of dialogue than we had in the original design and script.
@itamar: Unfortunately, we don't have the capacity to answer everyone. A typo is unfortunate but the team cannot respond directly to every bug report :(
@ALeX: As stated in yesterday's update, we're shipping the Journeyman Edition boxes in January.
Your message explains why I haven't received response to my request to change my address since I moved after it was locked, but it doesn't clarify whether there will be another survey or another general way to update the shipping address for those of us who've moved. Do you have any mechanism in place for this?

@Red Thread Games, Thanks for the response. I sent an e-mail the day I wrote the message but have not yet received a reply. However, I didn't know to include the e-mail in the message, as I was sending it from the e-mail associated with my account. I'll try again with updated information. :)
Thank you for breaking the silence and giving us a detailed update. This is a long needed and appreciated update. I very much look forward to receiving my box and know it will be great. I too will throw all my monies at the screen and stroke as many cannons as it takes to get TLJ Home made.

OK, I just redeemed my key. If anyone's having trouble, you can't be "offline" (I mean, I had internet access, but in upper right corner the game would display me as "offline" because I had offline mode on). So you need to go to settings -> connectivity -> untick offline mode. Game will ask you to set up an account but there's no need to, I didn't set any up, Then you go to redeem key and, well, redeem your key.
I tried to log into BackerKit but it said there was no survey for my email, I tried various emails that I've used in the past with no success. Any suggestions?
UPDATE: Thanks for sending my BackerKit link. Address updated. Problem solved.
Hi, I'm having the same issue as TrevorTHQ actually. And my address has changed since 2013. No rewards I should be getting have been shipped already, right?
Aesgard, that was the problem! I didn't even realize I was in offline mode, but it's fixed now, and I have access to all of my outfits. Thanks!
I'm happy for you, Jeannie. As for me, even though I got the message telling me the key was successfully redeemed, I can't access the wardrobe. The interaction icon simply isn't there, guess I'll just play the game and uninstall it
Aesgard, I'm sorry to hear that. :( Were you using the Steam version or the GOG version? I have both versions but only tried it on Steam, as I saved an older copy from GOG with some longer dialogues and scenes that were cut in the final cut version and am keeping this copy on my computer so I can go back and forth.
I assume you tried with the Final Cut version? I believe that's the only version it works with. I'd suggest writing an e-mail to support, but I never got a response when I sent one. :( You may have better luck, however. Maybe uninstalling and reinstalling will help? You could try it.
Also, this is probably an obvious question, as you mentioned wardrobe in your comment, but you did try accessing the wardrobe in Zoe's room, right? You have to go to her apartment and change there. I know this is most likely what you tried to do anyway, but I thought I would write it for you just in case.
By the way, my name is Jennie, not Jeannie, there's no "a." :) No big deal, just a common mistake I see with the spelling of my name that gives it a different pronunciation entirely. :D
