Packing and Shipping

A few of you had questions about the packaging.  I kept a small amount of the VHS cases that will be used for the Sampler Rewards that are then mailed in bubble mailers.  Sets of tiles for all reward levels are separated in 6x9 sealed bags as shown below.  Retailer Rewards and those backers who purchased t-shirts will have their items shipped in appropriately larger boxes.

I just went with basic Canadian so I guess I can expect a lot of air with mine.

P.S. I probably missed this, but what tool do you (or others) use for tile layout planning on the computer? I was looking for something online for the new Dungeon Saga Kickstarter but ended up just writing my own for shits and giggles (and a LOT of CSS frustration) but I'd still like to know what other options are out there. Thanks.
