What if I have technical questions?

Special note: All technical support will be provided through the discussion forum.
We plan to release a beta version in March.
How about the other stretch goals?
We will work on them as soon as the core functions are stabilized.
Is RedBear Duo certified?
We are working with a test lab to get Duo certified for Bluetooth SIG, FCC and CE; we will publish those information as soon as they are available.
Why do I receive “Grove Starter Kit for Photon” not “Grove Starter Kit for Duo”?
Our Duo is pin-to-pin compatible with Photon and all the instruction in the Kit is applicable to Duo. We decided not to reprint all the packaging materials since it is not cost effective and will delay our shipment to you, we hope you can understand.
Since the firmware is still under development, we strongly suggest you visit the RedBear Duo GitHub page often to check out new updates and new functions as they will be rolled out frequently.
